First of all,Deepavali wishes to you and your Family.Hope all of you will have great time with your family and friends on this festival of lights. May the love between us also always sparkle and enlighten the spirit of friendship.

As the National President of this esteemedorganization, I got the opportunity to meet many young leaders of our organization. Their love and support towards our organization and their National President inspired me to do more throughout the year. This year, we have crossed many milestones and raised the name of JCl India in National and International level. We achieved this only because of your support. I bow my head in front of you all, for your dedication, commitment and love towards this organization.

I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate all the Zone Presidents and their team who have successfully conducted the Zone Conference so far and would like to wish all the very best to the new team of officers who are getting ready to lead the organization in the year 2017. Always feel proud to be a JCI Member and make sure our actions will always inspire someone.Make sure that we strengthen our organization by adding more youth to our organization.

I would like to invite you all to the Bangalore NATCON 2016, to witness and be part of this most prestigious program of JCl India. I would like to congratulate the host team under the able leadership of NATCON Director Jc Devraj T N for their splendid work. The first ever JCI India Author happened in the most happening place Hyderabad by JCI Hyderabad Deccan of Zone XII. This Workshop was conducted from 26th to 28th August at Hotel Marriot, Hyderabad. I am very much happy and privileged to be a part of it as a participant. This is program started this year for the National Trainers to enhance their writing skills in the training area especially to write the Trainer’s Guide and Participant’s Manual of a Training Program along with a better PPT. The objective of the program is “At the end of this course, participants will be able to design a new training course that can be conducted efficiently by other trainers”.

Who is an Author ?

An author is narrowly defined as the originator of any written work and can thus also be described as a writer. More broadly defined, an author is "the person who originated or gave existence to anything" and whose authorship determines responsibility for what was created.

We can simply say that an author is the one who writes something with an authority.

Course Summary : JCI India Author, the JCI Training Designers Course introduces techniques and tools trainers can use to design training courses with detailed trainers' instructions, participants' handouts and visual aids that will enable other trainers to efficiently conduct the course. JCI India Author is aimed to prepare trainers who have already proven their talents in the training field for a new dimension of training design.

The three day workshop is headed by PNP Jc Santosh Kumarji. Co faculty PNP Jc Vallbhdasji, PND Jc Yogesh Chandakji and PEVP Jc Keshav Jainji. Total 21 participants across the country were participated in this Indian version of JCI Designer. This new program has started after 3 years the JCI Designer has stopped at the International Level. All the leaders at the national level thought that there should be a special program for the National Trainers to develop the Training Modules along with the Manuals. That thought has come in to action through this JCI India Author.

The JCI India Author Philosophy Many purchased or in-house training courses are just outlines or lists of objectives. However, a shortened design may not provide the trainer with enough information. Only the very talented, highly knowledgeable trainers can succeed with brief outlines. Using a detailed trainer's guide increases the chances of success with a greater variety of trainers.

JCI India Author has authorized all of us with lot of insights to develop a module with better PPT, Trainer’s Guide and Participant’s Manual. We learnt so many new things during this course not only about the training skills, but also about the writing skills. We could learn about the credits, copy rights, many more things involved in writing.

What is this course all about?

Adult learning programs must be developed based on some sound principles. They must: 1. Be based on Action Learning or Learning by Doing.

JCI CHIKHLI, Zone VIII Populated with less than 7000 People, Chikhli is a rural village nearby Surat. “ JCI Chikhli is a baby chapter and takes years to grow” somebody said a year ago. Born on 13thApril 2013, JCI Chikhli has achieved 100% criteria in very second year and now become giant chapter of more than 50 members till now. This year JCI Chikhli is doing tremendously well and Jcrt Wing and JJ Wing won awards in Zone Cone and Mid Cone respectively.

JCI Chikhli has also welcomed Australian athlete and started working towards Internationalism.

JCI Chikhli has been known for its Professional business programmes. This year JCI Chikhli has organized many Projects in all fields. So far as training area is concerned, JCI Chikhli has taken one step ahead to train many Principals of Primary teachers and students of rural area. This year JCI Chikhli has organized one unique project for fund raising and PR called “Ma Bap Ne Bhulsho Nahi”( Don’t Forget Your Parents) and collected handsome fund and get Maximum PR in surrounding area.

This year JCI Chikhli has also decided to organize very unique Permanent Project called “Come Back Home” in which JCI Chikhli has sponsor old people who stay in old homage and try to convince their children to take parents to home and also try to convince other people to adopt parents from old homage.

In Community area, JCI Chikhli has organized Free Medical Check-up Program in which many Parents got advantage & JCI Chikhli has started economical and social aid to rural and needy people of interior area of Dangs.

So, we can say Jayceesam actually works in JCI Chikhli.

This way, Members of JCI Chikhli Jc, Jcrt and JJ involved themselves actively in each program and growing like anything in this remote area. By Inspiring of this program JCI Chikhli has taken initiative to felicitate parents and friends and Jc Members as well.

JCI Chikhli this year sponsor one new Lom which is one of the unrepresented district of Zone VIII and also started first time bulletin in Lom.
