Resilience is crucial in an ever-changing world. By nurturing our youth's resilience, we equip them with the tools to navigate uncertainties and overcome challenges. Collaboration with communities and likeminded organizations is key, providing support and mentorship. As leaders of tomorrow we must show empathy, keep in our priviledges and aspire for higher purposes whilst fostering an environment for all to grow along.

In a world of constant change and challenges, we must embrace the resilience of our youth. As chief editor of JCI Mauritius, I am inspired by our young leaders who embody the core values of JCI. Together, let's explore the power of these values and their role in building a resilient generation.

Active Citizenship, Leadership Development, and Impactful Innovation form the bedrock of JCI values. Through active engagement in communities, our youth take ownership of their surroundings and forge a path of purpose. Leadership development empowers them to confront obstacles with confidence, emerging stronger in the face of adversity. And with impactful innovation, they embrace change, finding resilience through creativity and adaptability.

Navigating a complex world, empowering the community, encouraging their resilience and growth and focusing on one's peace of mind are powerful assets to shape a brighter future for Mauritius and beyond.
