It is my great honour to be invited to pen a few words in conjunction with Junior Chamber lnternational Bandar Klang 2022lnstallation & Awards Banquet.

I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate the IAB Organizing Chairperson Sindyy Ng and her committees for successfully hosting of the event.

I would like to extend my heartiest congratulations to 2022 President Ng Jin Chern and the Board of Directors for taking up the challenge to lead JCI Bandar Klang and to bring a positive impact to your community.

I believe that your presidential theme "WE BUILD LEADERS" would unite JCI Bandar Klang members to achieve your goal and I am excited to see the achievements that JCI Bandar Klang would accomplish this year.

My appreciation and admiration go to the out-going President Luis Tew and your team for the effort and dedication that had been rendered to your Local Organization.

JCI is a platform that provides comprehensive development opportunities to young people who are'18 to 40 years old to create positive change.

We believe that young people are the key element to building a better future and creating positive change in the world.

Last but not least, I wish and believe that JCI Bandar Klang would achieve a greater height under the leadership of President Ng Jin Chern and his board of directors in the year 2022.
