RECOMMENDATIONS AND ACTIONS Skills Development

 Develop more courses on hard skills or specific topics, such as Human Resources,Public Relations, Brand Positioning, Marketing Strategy, Digital Marketing, Finance, Fundraising, Economics, Accounting, Networking  Develop a training, specifically for learning how to use and implement the Active Citizen Framework and update the existingcourse, JCI Impact and JCI Discover  Continue offering online courses, even after the dangers of the COVID-19 pandemic have diminished  Need to work more on the language barrier. Skill development on language courses can be an addition.

New Website

 Include an updated and user-friendly membership directory with contact information available for all JCI members to access  Include a platform for social networking and the sharing of knowledge and best practices  Include tools for financial and project management, and project tracking for Local Organizations

Communication

 Increase communication between the Assigned NOMs of JCI and the other NOMs of JCI.  Arrange monthly fellowship or dialogue between Assigned NOMs and other NOMs of JCI so that APDC can understand the challenges of both assigned and other NOMs.  Create more opportunities for communication between members and Organizations from different countries  Members from both assigned and other NOMs must invite or visit each other countries to bridge the gap.  Each ASIA PACIFIC NOMs must make it mandatory or give an effort to encourage members to visit Asia Pacific Conference and World Congress.

Resources for Growth and Development

 Incorporate more videos into the resources offered, especially resources for the administration and operation of Local Organizations  Update the resources available in the JCI Library  Ensure that all resources are available in all 4 official JCI languages, to improve equality of access  Create a guide on how to recruityounger potential members  Create a guide with personal development “tracks” or membership pathways and all the possible avenues a JCI member could take in their JCI Journey  Inviting for Project collaboration between LOMs of Assigned and other NOMs. Assigned LOMs can have a learning experience from the successful projects of other LOMs.
