I bring a unique perspective to every project thanks to my years of experience in architectural drafting and 3D modeling, as well as hands-on exposure to planning and designing of both commercial and residential spaces. This contemporary, industrial, two-story home is located close to the city’s center in a heavily populated region. Sleek lines, steel accents, concrete textures, and big windows provide a plenty of natural light on the outside. The open interior design has an industrial vibe, and the living spaces are tastefully furnished. The charming bedrooms upstairs boast city views and wooden touches. A rooftop patio provides a quiet area for unwinding. Overall, this home combines urban living with elegant design to offer a distinctive lifestyle close to the busy city core.

Additionally, the building provides room rentals for conferences and workshops, accommodating various event needs. With rentable offices available, occupants can tailor their workspace to suit their preferences, fostering productivity, collaboration, and convenience within the premises.

We are collaborating with Architect Michael Maglanoc to design a two-storey residential building with a Modern Bali-inspired exterior facade. The concept blends Balinese elegance with contemporary architecture, utilizing natural materials and open spaces to connect indoors with outdoors. The design will feature traditional Balinese roofing, water elements, and lush tropical landscaping, creating a serene and sustainable living space.

interior fit-out: 2-BEDROOM TYPE CONDOMINIUM UNIT

In this condo unit transformation project, the client’s goal was to create a simple yet functional living space that maximized every square foot available. Key elements addressed included space analysis, strategic furniture selection based on the client’s hobbies and preferences, emphasis on minimalism, and the integration of wall-mounted shelves and floor-to-ceiling storage units to optimize vertical space utilization. The result was a well-designed, clutter-free environment that perfectly catered to the client’s needs and lifestyle.

In lieu of utilizing Sketchup’s Photomatch, I created a 3D model of the client’s property to showcase the proposed structure from multiple angles. This allowed me to visually present how the completed patio would look on-site, meeting one of the permit conditions required by the community. The 3D model provided the client with a clear and comprehensive understanding of the project, enhancing communication and ensuring a well-informed decision-making process.

Provided by the client are the photographs below for a renovation project located in Rocky Ford, Colorado, USA. With the vision of transforming it to a lively establishment and provide the local with a place of entertainment, I have given the client lots of options/design inspiration for him to choose.

After a lot of revisions and meeting with the client, the old empty building is now repurposed as a Brewworks and Art Gallery, to which he also emphasized to retain some of the elements such as the mural signage at the side.

I have chosen to apply modern design principles to achieve a sleek and elegant aesthetic for the facade of a sales area. The facade is a crucial element in attracting potential customers and creating a lasting impression, so I’m dedicated to perfecting this aspect of architectural design.

This garden not only adds a touch of natural beauty but also highlights the tranquility it can provide to users. Throughout the project, I actively participated in the process, alongside my co-supervisor, Alexus Carugda, under Architect Guevarra’s trust for project management. From overseeing foundation excavation to electrical layout, wall finishes, and roof trusses, our dedicated involvement shaped the successful realization of the bungalow residence in Villa Josefina, Toril, Davao City. With the construction commenced last October 2022 until it ended recently on May 2023, the collaboration between the design team, construction crew, and our supervision ensured precise execution, combining aesthetics with practical functionality, creating a comfortable and delightful tropical living experience for the occupants.

UNDERGRADUATE THESIS: A Study on Verticulture as a Potential Solution in Addressing Food Insufficiency Through People’s Preference in Mintal Relocation, Davao City

The low-cost housing development presents a cutting-edge solution, incorporating self-sustaining vertical gardening systems within the residential infrastructure. This innovative concept fosters a healthier environment and addresses food security concerns by enabling residents to grow their own fresh produce sustainably. Additionally, the inclusion of a farmer’s market creates an opportunity for settlers to generate income by selling their surplus crops, while a community center provides a space for group activities, social support, and public information dissemination. Through these integrated features, the development aims to establish an affordable and food-producing community, promoting self-sufficiency and fostering a sense of togetherness among its residents.

The design incorporates sun-shading devices to mitigate heat during the day, ensuring comfort and energy efficiency. This project marks a significant milestone as it is my first professional undertaking in my architectural career, embodying my dedication to innovative and sustainable design principles.
