BALLESTAS ISLANDS TOUR, PARACAS

ITINERARY

we will visit the Ballestas Islands to observe the famous candelabra, an enigmatic geoglyph 180 m long and 1.2 m deep that can only be seen from the sea or the air because of its location.

We continue our tour to the Ballesta Islands where we will be able to appreciate its marine fauna, such as large colonies of guano birds, Humboldt penguins, the friendly sea lions and with a little luck we will also be able to see dolphins. This tour has a 2 hours duration.

Paracas is another unforgettable destination that will make this tour a complete experience. It is one of Peru’s favorite destinations. By many, considered as the best, something that is due to all the activities you can find in this place and what you can do when you visit it. In addition to its extensive beaches and expanses of reserve, you can taste the best cuisine because it is a place where you can eat the best fish in the country. NOT

Learn the entire history of the oldest distillery in America, starting with the boulevard of the 8 pisco strains. Then we will visit the original facilities from 1684 such as the winepress, the press and the falcas.

We will continue through our current distillery, considered the most modern in the country, with the highest quality standards.

CARAVEDO, ICA

DINNER IN THE DESERT OF HUACACHINA

In the middle of the inhospitable Huacachina desert, we will enjoy delicious dishes that you will not easily forget. This activity is special because it has everything you need to spend a different evening. If you would like to find a dinner option outside the traditional bars or restaurants, then dinner in the Huacachina desert is your ideal activity.

ITINERARY

We will meet at Huacachina at 4:15 pm for a buggy ride & sandboarding through the desert.

Once our ride is done, we will arrive at a special place to enjoy the evening, where we will have a bonfire, awnings, chairs, cushions and everything necessary to eat in comfort.

Upon arrival we will enjoy a starter with a potato cocktail, accompanied by a “huancaina” sauce, tequenos stuffed with cheese and mini empanadas stuffed with meat.

A welcome toast will be made with a glass of wine or sparkling wine, and unlimited soft drinks and mineral water will be served.

Then we will serve the main course where you will have the BBQ Grill options, 180 grams of fine sirloin (can be replaced by fish or chicken) accompanied by grilled chorizo sausage and golden potatoes. All this will be accompanied by an abundant grilled vegetable salad (with zucchini, bell bell pepper, asparagus, onion and Italian zucchini) and potatoes served in a warmer.

However, the options may also vary depending on the date and the number of people present at the activity.
