Yong Shins / Little Ninjas

4-6 yrs Yong Shins and Little Ninjas is an introductory class into the world of Taekwondo. This nationally accredited program introduces discipline and respect with a focus on fitness, control and technique. Little ones will have fun learning and training while building confidence and coordination. Basketball Training League

4-5 yrs The Basketball Training League is for kids enrolled in Pre-K and consists of practices to begin the season where the participants will focus on learning how to shoot, dribble, pass and have fun playing as a team. Youth Sports & Progams 13th Annual Kids’ Triathlon - NEW DATE

5-16 yrs Our 13th Annual Kids’ Triathlon takes you all over the J’s I.E. Millstone Campus (Creve Coeur) as you swim, bike and run your way to an amazing achievement. • Ages 5-6: 50y swim / 1.5mi bike / quarter-mile run • Ages 7-10: 100y swim / three-mile bike / half-mile run • Ages 11-16: 200y swim / six-mile bike / one-mile run Bike/helmet safety check and performance shirt provided. Multi-Sports Winter Break Camp

K-5th grade Ideal for the sports-loving camper, this features the right balance of traditional and recreational sports. NFL Flag Football League

2nd – 6th Grade Go one-one against the defense and watch the ball drop into your hands for a touchdown! Enter the league as a team or register as an individual. Games will be played 6-on-6 with an adult coach as the quarterback for 2nd-3rd and a player QB in the 4th-6th. Registration includes eight games, a one-hour weekly practice and an NFL Flag Jersey. J Soccer Skills Academy Individual Training Program

J Basketball Skills Academy

K-8th Grade J Basketball Skills Academy focuses on core fundamentals for all skill levels. High School Basketball League

JBL Tournament

Preseason Basketball Coaches Clinic

Prepare for the winter basketball season with a two-hour clinic featuring Minnesota High School Hall of Fame coach Doug Boe. Coach Boe will spend two hours covering a variety of topics that will advance your understanding of the game of basketball and the players. The clinic will feature demonstrations and discussions on the court with both players and coaches. Please dress to move and run. Topics covered include skill development, teaching a man-to-man defense, offensive philosophy, shooting mechanics and much more. Basketball: Individual & Team Training

18 yrs and older In partnership with the St. Louis Ultimate Association (SLUA), the J will host another Ultimate League. Get caught up in the action of this fast paced, outdoor sport. 6 v 6 format with 2 games each week. Teams will be formed by league supervisor and SLUA to make teams competitive as possible, but will also be redrafted midway through the season. All skill levels welcome. Pickleball Open Play

Adult Catch Pickleball fever! This fun sport combines elements of tennis, badminton and table tennis in the gym. See what you can do with a paddle, plastic ball and a slightly modified tennis net. 18 yrs and older This tournament will test a team’s endurance, skills, teamwork and ability to own their court while trying to accumulate the most points possible to outlast their opponents.
