BODYPUMP is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned, and fit–fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach participants through moves and techniques while pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music. You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, and ready to come back for more.

Advanced Thursday Night Pickleball Ladder League Thursdays, April 16–June 18, 7–9:30pm; Gym This ladder league is for advanced players with a rating of 4.0+. Group Swim Lessons: Levels 1–6 Level 1: READY Ages 3–4 This introductory class for children who are new to swimming and/or nervous in the water. Our goal is to develop confidence around the water, head submersion, and breath control.
Level 2: SET Ages 4–5 This class is for children who are comfortable in the pool and submerge their heads willingly. Students will learn floating, gliding, and water safety skills.
Level 3: GO Ages 5–7 This level is for children who are able to swim independently short distances and are ready to learn the basics of freestyle and backstroke.
Level 4: Introduction to Stroke Ages 7+ This level is for children ready to swim 25 yds. (1 lap) on their own. Introduces breaststroke and rotary breathing, as well as (teaching) all four competitive strokes. Level 5: Development of Stroke Ages 7+ This is an intermediate class for children who can swim 50 yds. (2 laps) and can swim breaststroke. Students will build endurance in preparation for swimming greater distances.
Level 6: Mechanics of Stroke Ages 7+ This is an advanced class to work on all four competitive strokes. Students must be able to swim 50 yds. (2 laps) continuously with rotary breathing as well as improving all four competitive strokes.

Jellyfish Swim Team Ages 7–15 An aerobic-based training group that meets to learn the basics of competitive swimming. Participants will improve their swimming stroke technique as well as part of a noncompetitive team.
