Defendants Southern California Edison Company and Edison International (collectively, the
2 "Edison Defendants"), Individual Plaintiffs, and Subrogation Plaintiffs, by and through the 3 undersigned counsel, stipulate and agree as follows: WHEREAS, under the current bellwether selection schedule, as set forth in the January 23,

5 2020 Notice of Ruling, the deadline for parties to submit slates of proposed bellwether plaintiffs is 6 April 7, 2020; the deadline for parties to file oppositions to other parties' proposed slate is April21, 7 2020; and the deadline to file responses to those oppositions is April 28, 2020; WHEREAS, under the current bellwether selection schedule, the Court is to select bellwether

9 plaintiffs for the first bellwether trial on May 5, 2020, during the regularly-scheduled status 10 conference; 11
WHEREAS, in the Eighteenth Joint Status Conference Report submitted March 12, 2020
12 ahead ofthe scheduled March 17,2020 Status Conference, the Edison Defendants requested that the 13 Court extend the current bellwether selection schedule by approximately one month; 14
WHEREAS, on March 16,2020, the Eighteenth Status Conference was taken off calendar
15 due to the Court's continuation of all non-emergency matters due to the COVID-19 pandemic; 16
WHEREAS, on March 17, 2020, the Presiding Judge of the Los Angeles Superior Court
17 issued an Administrative Order closing the Court until at least April 16, 2020 except for emergency 18 and essential matters; 19
NOW THEREFORE,the Edison Defendants, Individual Plaintiffs, and Subrogation Plaintiffs
20 hereby stipulate that the bellwether selection schedule is modified as follows, without

to
21 any party's right to seek a further modification as circumstances develop: 22

April 17, 2020: Deadline for Edison Defendants to submit report outlining any deficiencies in bellwether pool plaintiffs' required discovery
