Let us take care of your child while you take care of yourself. Monday – Friday Sunday

8 a.m.—12:30 p.m. 8 a.m.—noon

This class will teach you proper form and technique for using kettlebells. A kettlebell is a cast iron weight with a handle that became popular in Russia many centuries ago. Kettlebells provide numerous benefits through building stamina, lean muscle mass, and developing core strength. The Kettlebell’s center of mass is shifted from the handle causing the weight to constantly pull against your body. This adds instability to your workout forcing your body to utilize different muscle fibers than it’s used to using. Kettlebells also continuously engages your core and upper body by countering the momentum of the kettlebell. January 7—30, four weeks Mondays/Wednesdays @ 5:45 p.m.—6:30 p.m. Functional Training Room/Spin Room $100/S&F members; $120/guests Minimum enrollment needed to run: 3 people Maximum enrollment: 6 people Questions?
