Dear Royal ROYAL CIVILITY MAGAZINE “Royal Civility magazine™” is under the Royal Civility Global Initiative which is dedicated to helping people discover, develop, deliver and celebrate their true identity through God our Sovereign. We believe that everyone is valuable before God who made us in his own image and a person's gift is a solution to someone else. It is founded by Professor Julian Businge in England. Co-Founded by Professor Patrick Businge. We are honoured to have a patron, Sir Clyde Rivers, the Founder and president of World Civility and Ichange Nations.

“Royal Civility Magazine” is dedicated to celebrating, promoting and advertising outstanding individuals, African kingdoms and cultures, Royals around the world at various levels of business throughout Europe, Africa, Asia, and USA. It’s the world’s only article dedicated to documenting, delivering life changing stories, and celebrating Royalty in you.

We sincerely hope that as we celebrate our very first special edition February 2021, in UK, of true service to our fellow Royals (children of God, the king of Kings), you will have an opportunity to read this first issue of our magazine which is intended to cover issues that positively inspire us, empower us and stories that make us celebrate each other for the great efforts to help humanity as a whole.

We are excited to celebrate with Mama Sarah Obama as the first ever recipient of the Sir Clyde presidential Humanitarian Award. She is indeed an African Royal Civility Humanitarian -your relentless work helping the world. By your life and through your work, you have helped others and valued the people you have helped.

The goal of this magazine is to build a bridge for Royal civility humanitarians globally to be able to make a greater impact together. We would like one voice, one sound that resonates love, kindness, security, safety, and substance that the world desperately needs to hear. Our influence as children of God (Royal) transcends division and promotes unity. A movement that educates communities on how to be the best individual that they can be. Through education all humanity will understand and maintain the perspective that they were created as a unique voice and gifts that the world must hear and be a solution to someone’s problem.

Clyde Rivers Presidential Civility Humanitarian Award to MAMA SARAH OBAMA, the grandmother of the former president of the United States of America BARACK OBAMA. Sarah Onyango Obama (born c. 1921–1922) is a Kenyan educator and philanthropist. She is the third wife of the paternal grandfather of U.S. president Barack Obama. She is known for short as Sarah Obama; she is sometimes referred to as Sarah Ogwel, Sarah Hussein Obama, or Sarah Anyango Obama. She has received several awards for her work in promoting education among children in her village. Its humbling to see so much humanitarian work done throughout her journey in life. We celebrate with you Mama Sarah Obama on this award you have received.

MEET THE CREATOR OF SIR CLYDE RIVERS PRESIDENTIAL GREATNESS AND CIVILITY HUMANITARIAN AWARD I am Professor Patrick Businge: the Creator of The Sir Clyde Rivers Presidential Greatness & Civility Humanitarian Award that has been bestowed upon the Legend of Greatness Mama Sarah Obama. Born in Uganda, I did not let my circumstances become my standard. Whist I lived in poverty, I did not let poverty live in me. Following my dreams while believing that no condition was permanent, I used education as my passport out of poverty.

This belief led me to world class universities such as the University of Exeter - one of the finest universities in the world – where I graduated with my Doctorate in Education.

On my graduation day in 2015, the then Chancellor Baroness Floella Benjamin whispered into my ears, ‘Patrick, go and change the world’. At this point in time, I didn’t know how I was to actualise this. You might be asking, how did it happen?

Here is the journey which started with Creating Greatness University: the world’s first and only institution dedicated to discovering, developing, delivering sustaining, and celebrating greatness. Today at Greatness University, we offer services that include: a breakthrough and revolutionary greatness education; we curate the World Book of Greatness that documents great people; honour the World Greatness Day that celebrates greatness around the world; help authors publish their work with Greatness University Publishers; and celebrate the legacies of people through the World Greatness Awards. Allow me to highlight three key areas of my work that are directly related to the focus of this Royal Civility special edition on Mama Sarah Obama: Researcher of Greatness, Creating the Sir Clyde Rivers Presidential Greatness & Civility Humanitarian Award, and Co-creating the World Greatness Awards.

RESEARCHER OF GREATNESS First, one of the key features of doing a PhD is research. After five years of doing doctoral research, it has become my passion and hobby. I spend my free time researching about greatness and creating tools to help others do the same. In the past, I have researched on kings like the Omukama Oyo of Tooro: the World’s Youngest Ruling Monarch.

I have researched celebrities like Les Brown, the World’s Number 1 Motivational Speaker. I have researched businessmen like Antonio T Smith Jr, the CEO of ATS Group of Companies. I have also researched renowned church leaders like Archbishop Doye T Agama in the U.K. and Professor Simeon Kayiwa in Uganda. I have research institutions like The Great Kingdom of Tooro in Western Uganda.

Currently, I am researching about the World’s Greatest Civility Humanitarian Mama Sarah Obama. This research and legacy will be documented and preserved in this book for future generations. As you read this book, which will be out on her 99th birthday, you will discover that Mama Sarah Obama is at heart of the African and American dream to greatness. She has shaped the African dream through her work as a civility humanitarian. She has shaped the American trajectory to racial equality for without Mama Sarah Obama and her commitment to education, there would not have been Barack Hussein Obama II; the 44th President of the United States and became the first African American to hold the office. We now turn to the second aspect of my work.

CREATOR OF THE SIR CLYDE RIVERS PRESIDENTIAL GREATNESS & CIVILITY HUMANITARIAN AWARD Second, my greatness research led me to work with Sir Clyde Rivers in whose name I created this award. You might be asking who is Sir Clyde Rivers? Based on my findings, his biography or curriculum vitae cannot be captured in just few pages. In short, I call him the Godfather of World Civility. With his World Civility Movement, Sir Clyde Rivers has birth a system that has brought back the lost culture of honour to the world. His great work of exposing civility to the world. It cuts through cultural boundaries. It goes beyond national boundaries. It does not hinge on political ideology. His world civility work is cross-cultural, transnational, and beyond religion and race. As his work is rooted in the concepts of kindness, humility, respect, and is anchored on the golden rule (do unto others what you expect to be done to you without expecting anything in return); it is civil in nature.

Sir Clyde Rivers work is humanitarian in execution and global in dimension. Indeed, it is civility humanitarianism in action. Civility humanitarianism is a brand-new narrative of a humanitarian work where people care and help others with kindness, respect, and humility without expecting anything in return. Indeed, Sir Clyde Rivers has not only done civility humanitarian work but he has executed it in a great way. As a leader in greatness, this is what has led me to create The Sir Clyde Rivers Presidential Greatness & Civility Humanitarian Award. This award is given to the World’s Greatest Civility Humanitarians and those who have birthed a nation, system, ideology, organisation, institution and have led it to greatness. These are modern day leaders that are doing heroic work and leaving their footprints of greatness.

I am pleased to see Mama Sarah Obama being the first recipient of this iconic award that celebrates her greatness because she is in love with civility and humanity. In the face of poverty, famine, illiteracy, individualism; Mama Sarah Obama does not ask, “What will happen to me if I help them but what will happen to them if I don’t help them?’. Like Sir Clyde Rivers, Mama Sarah Obama has manifested and lived all the dimensions of greatness: inward, outward, upward, and downward greatness. She is indeed the World Greatest Civility Humanitarian and a Legend of Greatness. We now turn to the last aspect of my work.

Third and last, there exists a culture of silence around celebrating greatness when people are still alive. Very often, the greatness of people is talked about during eulogies when they can’t hear it; and celebrated when people are dead during their funerals when they can’t see it. This cannot be right. After recognising this, my wife Professor Julian Businge and I created the World Greatness Awards to celebrate people when they are still alive. Our team at Greatness University look for people who are doing ordinary things in extraordinary ways. These are the unsung heroes, role models, and living saints. These are the people who give selfless service, for there is no greatness without service. DR. AMB. MAMA SARAH OBAMA'S PROFILE Dr. Amb. Mama Sarah Onyango Obama born in 1920 is a Kenyan educator and philanthropist. She is the third wife of the paternal grandfather of U.S. president Barack Obama. She is known for short as Sarah Obama. She lives in Nyang'oma Kogelo village, 30 miles west of western Kenya is main town, Kisumu, on the edge of Lake Victoria.

For as long as she can remember, Mama Sarah Obama has been taking care of poverty-stricken children by providing them with food, shelter and other basic necessities of life. With the outbreak of the HIV/AIDS epidemic in sub-Saharan Africa, she saw her work take on a new face – orphaned children living with their grandparents. This novel paradigm created a completely new reality for grandparents, most of whom had no formal education or resources to raise their grandchildren. As a result, most of these orphans did not go to school. As this tragic situation got worse, Mama Sarah decided to do something about it.

She has also been at the forefront of championing the plight of the orphans, the girl child and widows in Africa through her charity work in education, sports, health, table banking, environment, agribusiness and nutrition.

She has won various international awards including UN Women education Award on November 2014 at the New York, USA . She also got Doctor of letters Degree Award for her work in aid of poor communities in Kenya

Works towards increasing access to clean and affordable energy for the increasingly growing rural populations, providing sustained partnership to individuals, NGOs and renewable energy entrepreneurs in combating energy poverty, climate change and environmental protection.

ENVIRONMENT Her environmental mission is to protect natural lands and preserve the environment for all people, campaigning on planting 10 million trees rather than focusing on large scale forestry it also help

vulnerable communities to sustain themselves and local economy. Trees reverse the impacts of land degradation and provide food, energy and income, helping communities to achieve long-term economic and environmental sustainability. Trees also filter the air and help stave off the effects of climate change.

WATER AND SANITATION Three Community boreholes Serving total of 600 members of Nyangoma Kogello, Nyadhi and Gori community in siaya county, the total cost of the project was Ksh 20,000,000.00 KES. One borehole has already been drilled and it’s a two year project.

With approximately half its population living in poverty, Kenya struggles to provide access to basic health care services and medical treatment to its citizens, especially those living in rural communities and the densely populated slum. The main objective of this program is to see the community live free of sickness and diseases ANTI JIGGER CAMPAIGNS Jigger infestation is increasingly becoming a national affair. It is SOWOs sole goal in the campaign against jigger infestation to minimize the effects of this emerging pandemic, rapidly affecting community livelihood.

EDUCATION In the yea r 2015 Mama Sarah Obama Education Bursary Fund continued the nine full scholarship 50 Orphaned girls in public university ,2 in collages and 25 (twenty-five) in secondary schools.

Mama Sarah distributes school uniforms, writing materials to 1,920 primary school pupils in various schools. In addition there is school feeding program that is done in most affected schools. During the year new partners joined the fight to help realize this objective. Kenya Literature Beareu and Jomo Kenyatta Foundation partnered with us and donated textbooks that were distributed to orphans and schools Equipping young scholars with appropriate technology to help achieve diversity in learning styles

FEEDING PROGRAM It is our desire to give hope to children and families around the world by giving them the nourishment they need to make it through another day. We’re also helping children with basic education and sharing the story of God’s great love. Lives are being saved by a simple meal and changed by the love of God. Our beneficiaries experienced the nightmare of neglect and abuse. Others are loved but forced to work due to extreme poverty. Still others come from homes with parents who are physically disabled It is in places like this and so many others around the world where we know it is our obligation, and yet

HELPING THE NEGLECTED ELDERLY IN THE SOCIETY Following some retrogressive traditions and cultures being practiced in most parts of the country.

There are a number of elderly men and a woman either widowed or lost all his/her heirs and has no one to take care of them. These cases have been on the increase as there is no home for the elderly in most parts of Kenya. They suffer neglect, hunger, loneliness, depression besides being sick and there is no one to take care of them. She found it necessary to build shelters for such and even provide food and clothing.

A LIFE LITERACY EXPERT From a 13-year-old pregnant girl to an entrepreneur and a world leader Dr. Christine Kozachuk is genuinely a life literacy expert.

Dr. Kozachuk’s journey started in a rural impoverished coal-mining town in West Virginia. At the age of thirteen, she became pregnant with her first son, married his father, and had two more children with him by the time she was eighteen. Through the marriage, she was abused physically, mentally, and emotionally.

After the birth of their third son, she had finally had enough of the abuse and left. When she left, they just had the clothes on their backs, no transportation, no education, no money, and no plan as to how they would survive. This is where her determination and survival skills kicked in.

The first thing Dr. Kozachuk did was move to another state; she went back to school and earned her GED to better her and her children’s lives. This is also where she met her husband of twenty-six years.

What she knew is she may not have the best of an education, but with her determination to self-teach herself, she will create the life she and her family deserved. Dr. Kozachuk states, “this is the reason my home is filled with educational workbooks, from typing to how to start and run a business.

Her philosophy has always been you don’t have to have lots of money to do what you want in life. It may take you longer, but you will figure out how to accomplish your goal dreams through education with the desire and will power to want more.

One of her dreams was to start a business, because like so many families, they lived paycheck to paycheck.

In 1995 she and her husband started a truck repair company with fifty dollars. At that time, fifty dollars was a considerable investment. They barely made it from paycheck to paycheck.

Over the next five years, she spent time building their business, educating herself on marketing, budgeting, and taxes until they both could quit their minimum wage jobs and grow the business into a thriving company.

Dr. Kozachuk has built multiple successful businesses, RC Mobile Truck Repair Services.

She successfully opened and operated two fitness studios, Pink Ice Ladies Fitness Center and Fit N Free for Life. She ran the studios and instructed and encouraged every client. And Every Girl Wins Institute that teaches women and young girls Life Literacy. She did this through educating herself on business management and doing what was necessary to see that each became a success.

Every Girl Wins Institute was established in December 2018 to teach women and young girls Life Literacy through a practical and effective model. It’s the first of its kind that teaches life literacy to females worldwide.

Sir. Clyde Rivers states, “the compassion of two self-taught women Mama Sarah Obama and Dr. Christine Kozachuk, is blazing a trail for the education of girls around the world. He sees the similarities in both in receiving their Honorary Doctorate.”

For years, she had the vision to show women and young ladies worldwide that they have the ability to deal with challenges that are holding them back from being successful in their personal and professional lives.

Life Literacy through Every Girl Wins means teaching the ability to identify, understand, create, communicate, and collaborate.

Every Girl Wins Institute provides visual, group interaction, and written lessons for our students to succeed in our Life Literacy program and teambuilding projects on climate control.

Every Girl Wins Institute creates an atmosphere in knowing teamwork makes the dream work.

Every Girl Wins Institute was blessed in December 2019 to be approved by National Day Archives for a proclaimed International Every Girl Wins day on March 13th.

On International Every Girl Wins Day, we stand with all females for freedom and equity.

This observance gives us the means to focus attention on education literacy, health care literacy, entrepreneurship literacy, and economic literacy.

Dr. Kozachuk works with International Every Girl Wins Representatives in thirteen countries to advocate and spread the word on Life Literacy's importance worldwide.

Our mission is to educate and inspire the world to accept all females as an equal and stand as one to achieve legal and systemic change that addresses “Her Right” for equity.

Dr. Kozachuk was named as International World Civility Ambassador for her leadership and the ability to direct important public issues regarding humanity and the work she does with women and girls globally.

In 2020, The Governing Board of iChangeNations established a “Her Right Award” in Dr. Christine Kozachuk’s name because of her Life Literacy program with Every Girl Wins Institute.

Dr. Kozachuk received her Honorary Doctorate of Philosophy in Humanities from the United Graduate College and Seminary International.

Dr. Kozachuk has served on the board of Home4Me for over three years. Home4Me provides our teens and young adults in foster care with guidance, mentoring and encouragement at the time in their lives when they need it most.

Dr. Kozachuk’ s initiative mission Every Girl Wins Institute was approved on December 6, 2019 for a national proclaimed day on March 13th called International Every Girl Wins Day. On that day we stand together for freedom and equal opportunity for all females of the world.
