Over a decade ago, Sir Clyde Rivers and I started the journeyof pioneering online education on the continent of Africa. Who decides to embark on such a journey? Who thinks that they will be the ones to start a new thing in the world? Whothinksofnewideas and considers them valid?

Those who understand they were created with a royal mind can do such things. The power of mentality is one of the most important things to know when changing the world. The mind is a fearful and wonderful tool. Our minds create our reality. Humanity was created in an image of a Creator and King, which means humanity has a royal mind. It is a powerful fact that most of us do not understand. 7.8 billion people are walking around with great power and potential, and most have no idea how to make it work for their good or the good of others.

Whenwestudythefirst threechaptersofHolyScripture,weseethepowerofmentality. How did the serpent convince Eve to eat from the forbidden tree? He planted a question in her mind. Here we find the first appearance of a question in Holy Scripture. Once her thoughts were seeded with this question and Eve began to pay attention to it, the idea grew and then turned into action. Our thoughts affect our actions. It is simple psychology; however, until we recognize that God is the Father of psychology, we will never understand how to use our minds properly to live and be productive citizens in thisworld. Ifwe study the correct ideas, focusing on truth and life principles, we can learn some valuable lessons about ourselves and those around us. Wecan know that we are in "God's class" and how to make ideas work for humanity's good.

United Graduate College and Seminary International (UGCSI) and Authorship Education were born from an idea from royal minds. But thoughts are nothing without action. We moved on our ideas, and things began to grow. When I became Chancellor of United Graduate College and Seminary International, I was one of the youngest female internationalchancellor'sintheworld.

Acting on the idea to get here, and it will take action to keep it relevant. You see, to keep an idea alive, you must keep it moving. Keep the idea moving with guidance from a loving and wise Teacher, Holy Spirit Educator. Keep the idea moving through highpoints and lows, through failures and victories. The concept will grow and change, but the essence of the idea stays the same. Moving an idea forward is one aspect of the valuable education that comes from UGCSI programs. This education concept exudes from our chancellors and professors and their philosophies. Who thinks they can do such things? A royal mind does. It takes a royal mind to have a new thought and to move it forward on the earth. It takes a royal mind to pioneer online education on a continent that would only later recognize the relevance and value of such a form of instruction. Today I am the 2020 Global Educator of the Year, a Civility Icon Award. I had an idea that God's education should be accessible to the majority of the world, not only to 7% of the world able to access higher education. At UGCSI, we believe that the other 93% of humanity have valuable ideas hidden within them that can make positive contributions to the world.

At UGCSI, our ideas gave way to action, and our movement birthed Authorship Education, a new education paradigm that is architecting the future. The birth of Authorship Education came from a desire to see empowering information reach the masses. Once in motion, this new education paradigm gave birth to the "Searcher" and "Searcherdemics," a life education that is relevant and practical, all fueled by the belief that God can provide His creation original ideas that will work on the earth. Holy Spirit Educator teaches and guides us to create ideas that will empower humanity. Ours is a new education system that will be ever relevant because it believes in revealed knowledge and that faith is putting that knowledge into action.

One of our brilliant vice-chancellors, Chris Green, shared a powerful idea with our professors. When we look at how Jesus worked with His disciples on earth, we can learn a lot about a royal mind. Jesus called them disciples first, and then He told them to follow

Him. They were not seasoned or experienced disciples when He named them disciples. The disciples learned how to be disciples as they followed Jesus. Here is an example of the new Authorship Education paradigm. UGCSI validates your idea from God first and then helps you walk it out on the earth. It is a relevant and practical education that moves beyond theory and into action. We have a saying at UGCSI, our students must leave with the ability to do what they have studied. Our education is about action. Today we have a powerful group of Chancellors and Searcher Professors who are creating their own institutions and philosophies of life at work in real-time. They have produced results by helping humanity through their unique ideas from God. What was once an idea from God grew into an international institution and then into a new education paradigm that is empowering humanity worldwide. You, too, have the same ability to change the world.

Chancellor Michal P. Pitzl is the Chancellor of United Graduate College and Seminary International. She is the co-founder of the Authorship Education™ model, introducing the Searcher™ and Searcherdemics™ in a new education paradigm. The Searcher™ model earned her Global Educator of the Year 2020, an iChange Nations Civility Icon award. She is a published author and joins civility experts from around the world in the book The Face of Civility, furthering her initiative to “Author Civility” through education. Having lectured and trained professors and instructors internationally for several years, Prof. Michal P. Pitzl has developed a multicultural curriculum for online distance learning and instructor training worldwide. Her academic degrees include Bachelors in Human Development & Teaching Certification and a Bachelor in Theology. Prof. Pitzl also has a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction and a Doctorate in Biblical Counseling and Philosophy of Christian Leadership. She is the recipient of an Honorary Doctorate Degree of Divinity, as well as an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Humanities from Fuerza y Honor International – El Salvador. Prof. Pitzl is also the Co-Founder of the Life Coaching Model for Latin University of Theology.
