It’s time to crown a new champion so let the trash talking begin. There is a 20-team max for this challenge. The first team to 10 wins and moves on. The deadline to sign up is July 11.
PULL UP CHALLENGE
Aug 17 • 12:30-4 p.m.
Each participant is to grab the bar with an overhand grip and perform as many pull-ups as possible. There is no kipping allowed and the total is determined once you let go of the bar. The more you do, the better chance you have of being named the best.

Get a teammate and come to Heritage Park for this two-person team biathlon. The first team member must complete the 10-mile bike route before the second team member can start running the 5K. Giveaways are provided while supplies last.

All DoD ID cardholders are invited to participate in this fun but challenging event at the Rambler Fitness Center. Pick up the indoor biathlon challenge booklet from the fitness center staff. As each activity is completed, have a fitness team member initial that item before moving on to the next one. When the entire challenge is completed, turn the booklet in to the fitness center staff. Giveaways are provided while supplies last.

RED, WHITE AND BLUE TOURNAMENT
July 4 • 8 a.m. shotgun start
This is an individual stroke play event, where golfers will alternate tee boxes on every hole. Entry fee for the event is $20 per person plus greens fee and cart rental fee. Entry fee goes towards the prize fund. Sign up through The Greens @ JBSA App. Golfers will be sent their start times and all the necessary information. Deadline to register is COB on July 1.
WARRIOR GOLF SCRAMBLE

The cost for this golf scramble is $30 for DoD ID cardholders and Fort Sam Houston Golf Club members and $40 for nonmembers. Fee includes greens fee, golf cart and social after the round with lunch for players. Sign up through The Greens @ JBSA App. Golfers will be sent their start times and all the necessary information.
