I’m Tim and have been the Director of the Outdoor Adventure Program since 2019.  I love spending time outdoors with my wife, daughter, and our 2 huskies, Colonel and Bandit.  I’m passionate about the Alaskan outdoors and it’s an honor to share that passion with others.  Even for seasoned Alaskans, the cold, dark winters up here can still be difficult and it’s important to have some sort of winter outlet to improve overall morale and stay resilient.  Get out with OAP and check out our Winter Guide, from fat tire biking, cross-country skiing, ice fishing, and snow machine tours we have something for everyone!

SNOW MACHINE ADVENTURES

Snowmachine trips to Willow, Petersville, and similar locations are full-day adventures that take you deep into the remote Alaskan wilderness. These excursions typically cover 20–30 miles and often take place in temperatures that can drop well below zero. Please dress in warm, layered, winter-appropriate gear to ensure your comfort and safety throughout the day.

Trips held at Eagleglen are ideal for community members seeking additional training or confidence before committing to a longer backcountry ride. These shorter outings offer a great opportunity to build skills, ask questions, and prepare for future wilderness adventures.
