HIGHWAY DELINEATORS
Hylyte is Australia’s leading provider of highway delineation products for guardrail, bridge rail and concrete barriers. Hylyte delineators are made from UV stabilised nylon 6 and PVC, complete with class 1a reflective film. Upon impact, a Hylyte delineator will return to its original upright position, always maintaining a high level of road safety.

Using the existing guardrail fittings, the Joint 5 conveniently mounts onto the joining bolt on top of the guardrail. The Joint 5 is made using injection moulded nylon 6 with UV stabiliser. The shatterproof substrate is sized to display a 50mm x 100mm class 1a delineator.

The Paddle 5 is designed for installation onto the C block of the guardrail and comes complete with pre-drilled holes and M5 fixings to secure in place. The Paddle 5 is made from UV stabilised PVC and sized to display a 5,000mm2 class 1a delineator.

The Butterfly mounts in the ‘V’ of the guardrail onto the existing bolt, with the head of the bolt, used to hold the Butterfly snuggly in place. The Butterfly is made using a high-quality triangular polymer extrusion and available in black or white sized to display a 5,000mm2 delineator.

The Hazard Barrier is designed for installation on pre-cast concrete barriers and is fixed with high strength adhesive that forms a rivet type hold when it swells into the 12mm hole. The Hazard Barrier is made from Nylon 6 with UV stabilisation and sized to display a 10,000mm2 Angled Class 1a band.
