We are certified by GOTS, a globally applied standard for eco-friendly and human-friendly farming and processing:
No chemical fertilizers, pesticides and genetic engeneering are being used for the certified fabrication. For our prints, we use AZO-free waterbased colors that are GOTS-certified, Our JAYA UNIQUE limited edition is made of EcoVeroâ„¢ by LENZINGâ„¢ and is hand-dyed with plant colors in Bali - a traditional Balinese handicraft.
FAIR
We cooperate with a GOTS-certified company in Nepal: women and men are working under fair conditions and are paid above avarage in Nepal. In Bali our partner supports many social projects since the factory was founded, especially building up and supporting orphanages.
Through regular trips visiting our partners in Kathmandu and Bali we guarentee fair, healthy and happy manufacturing.
SOCIAL
Worldwide: we regularly donate a part of our income to the charity organisation „Friendcircle Worldhelp“ that carry out projects for people in need all around the world.
Nepal: we are financing one additional teacher for the 150 pupils. of the Shree Shanti Biddya Primary School in Nuwakot.
Ghana: since autumn 2018, Jaya is supporting the Ghana Soccer Angels, a charity-heart-project for young football talents in Ghana. Children from poor families are financed a school education and professional training.
