Warehouse Converted into Coworking Space This project explores the adaptive reuse of an old archive warehouse, transforming it into a contemporary coworking space. The design responds to a limited budget and the need to preserve the existing structure, while creating a comfortable and flexible work environment with three meeting rooms and shared work areas.

Public Padel Tennis Club in Morelia The aim of this project was to design a free public padel tennis club in Morelia. The proposal needed to meet four key objectives: (1) integrate nine tournament-size padel courts on the selected site in compliance with regulations; (2) design the structure of the metal roof; (3) create a public area where users can rest and wait; and (4) design and integrate a commercial island that includes a snack bar, padel accessories shop, and the control point for court rentals.

Alternative design for the commercial stand
Office Building for TEEMICH | Electoral Tribunal Of The State Of Michoacán. This is my largest and most important recent project. The aim was to design a new building for the Electoral Tribunal of the State of Michoacán, located in Morelia. The design process involved several challenges, such as adapting the building to the existing topography and integrating the program within a constrained site. XXX

The architectural program was challenging to fit into this limited site because the local building code restricts the maximum building height in relation to the distance to the buildings on the opposite side of the road.
