Career Connections for Young Women run after school at the JA headquarters in Hartford and brings students together from a number of schools throughout the region. Students must apply for the Academy program and commit to attending each week for 10 weeks.

As we explore these longer-term opportunities, we’ll also be launching the JA Stock Market Challenge this year, hands-on and high-tech immersive simulation that introduces high school students to the fundamentals of stocks, the impact of world events on the stock market, long-term investing, and how investors make investment decisions and diversify their portfolios.
