You are invited to participate in a legendary day of golf like you have never experienced before. The JA Classic has earned a well-deserved reputation as the premier golf event in Central New England. From the moment you arrive at the beautiful Tumble Brook Country Club in Bloomfield, Connecticut, you and your guests will see that the JA Classic is a different kind of day. Though this year will look a little different to ensure everyone’s safety, guests will still be treated to the same top-level experience. It begins when you pull in the driveway at Tumble Brook Country Club and are promptly welcomed by our staff. This year, rather than browsing our complimentary gift lounge upon arrival, you will have the opportunity to shop from the comfort of your own home ahead of time. Leisurely make your selections from Adidas, Taylor Made, Titleist, Vineyard Vines and others! You will then be treated to a sumptuous breakfast on the Patio. Following breakfast, test your skills at the putting contest or warm up on the driving range. Shotgun tee-off is at 10 o’clock. Virtually bid on auction items throughout the day and enjoy on-course amenities including a cigar bar, two on-course barbecues, and beverage bars. After your day of golf, join us back on the patio for the awards ceremony and reception. If you would prefer to head home after your day of golf, the awards ceremony and reception will also be streaming live so you can join us from the comfort of your own home. From the very first tournament twenty-three years ago, the JA Classic has been legendary for its high level of customer service, the prestigious group of golfers and the overall quality of the golfing experience. Though we’ve had to make a few adjustments due to COVID-19, our goal remains the same – providing you with a day of golf you’ll never forget! Junior Achievement is committed to the safety of our guests, volunteers, staff, and supporters. Details may be adjusted due to ever-changing State guidelines. All guests will be notified of changes in advance of the event.

Junior Achievement is the global leader in providing cutting-edge, hands-on financial literacy, entrepreneurship and work-readiness education for students in grades K–12. JA empowers young people to own their economic success.
The JA Classic is a four ball, best-ball format tournament, directed by the professional golf staff of Tumble Brook Country Club. Lux Bond & Green awards are presented in low gross and low net categories. In addition, there are longest-drive, closest-to-the-pin and putting contests – for both men and women.
Even amidst the pandemic, JA continued to provide quality digital programs, working closely with schools and volunteers from leading companies to continue connecting professionals and students virtually. Our focus this school year has been to remain supportive and flexible in meeting students, teachers, and volunteers where they are. We’ve even donated 15,000 pieces of critical PPE to help keep our community safe and healthy during these difficult times!

Mulligan Packages will be available for $50 which include three mulligans, ten drawing tickets, putting contest entry, and chipping contest entry. Purchase in advance online or in person that morning.

COVID-19 Safety Guidelines and Protocols Junior Achievement’s top priority is the health and well-being of our community. To ensure safety for our guests, staff, and volunteers, we will be enforcing the following guidelines and protocols at the JA Golf Classic: • • • • • •
Mask Policy: Masks are required when inside, including in the clubhouse, restrooms, and locker rooms, and recommended when outside in common areas. Social Distancing: Please follow social distancing guidelines and always wear a mask when you are less than a 6-foot distance from other guests, staff, or volunteers. Food and beverage Stations: All food and beverage will be served by TBCC staff wearing gloves and masks, and social distancing guidelines will remain in place when waiting to be served. All food will be presented in disposable containers. Check-in, registration, and check-out will be held outdoors under tents, rather than inside. Breakfast, On-Course Lunch, and the Awards Ceremony and Reception will be held outdoors under tents. Two players per cart, masks recommended.
