Founded in 2006, Grande Properties is a full-service luxury home staging and design company, whose work has been featured on A&E TV’s “Flip This House”, in the New York Times, People Magazine, The Observer, Luxury Listings Magazine, and other publications.

Grande Properties has been providing luxury home staging, design and renovation management to New York City’s most elite property owners. The company prides itself on providing white glove service to create timeless, beautiful, comfortable luxury spaces that it’s clients will enjoy, while maximizing the value of their most important asset.

MEET JEWELL

Company founder and luxury designer, Jewell Staley, earned her MBA at The Wharton School. Prior to launching Grande Properties, she was a sales and trading executive at the prestigious investment bank Goldman Sachs. With a background like this, you can be assured that the company is not just focused on making your property magazine worthy, but also on maximizing your return on investment.

PRE-STAGING MANAGEMENT Our team of skilled professionals will manage renovations, as well as moveouts, storage, cleaning crews, and more, in preparation for home staging services.

HOME STAGING Luxury turn-key service for property owners who want to prepare their properties for a faster, more profitable sale. This service utilizes a large inventory of luxury rental furnishings, art, and accessories to provide a custom lifestyle design that the target potential buyer will fall in love with.

CONCIERGE We provide turnkey services and luxury furniture rentals for buyers who want to arrive to their new home without lifting a finger. We prepare the home for the clients arrival with furniture, food, supplies and anything they may need to enjoy their time at their new home.

INTERIOR DESIGN Our design team will renovate and design your property to reflect your ideal lifestyle. We specialize in managing full renovations, and will provide select clients with customized interior design furniture solutions.
