從高中對於建築的喜愛與堅持，於是大學選擇空間設計系就讀。 對於城市與建築的觀察運用文字與圖像紀錄與分析，將設計與想法實踐在 作品上面。在大學的設計課程的學習裡面找到了屬於自己的風格。 在建築設計的繪圖能力是需要持續向上的，不論在實務面與創意面都需要 深入研究與累積經驗，希望能在研究所的課程加深學習並且探討，在空間 裡平衡浪漫與現實，在設計上結合感性與理性，成為實實在在的建築人。

Since high school's love and persistence in architecture, chose to study in the Department of Space Design at the university.

The observation of the city and architecture uses text and image recording and analysis, and puts design and ideas into practice on the works. I found my own style in the study of the university design course.

The drawing ability in architectural design needs to be continuously improved . Both practical and creative aspects require in-depth research and accumulation of experience.

I hope to deepen learning and discuss in the courses of the graduate school, balance romance and reality in the space, and design. Combine sensibility and reason to become a real architect.

城市為蘊含人民各式行為的載體，從早期的日治時期到回復民國時期再到現代時期，由前期至後期的變遷，城市的開發必定從 某一個區域開始，進而擴散至外圍，最後形成生活圈。而不同的場域皆有不同的作用性，人民在生活中也有不同的需要，在每 一個時代的轉變下，場域位置的斷層、定義的討論也會改變人的活動與行為。在台中的快速發展下，生活便捷提供人民活動的 多元性，但是同時模糊了區域的作用性，不同性質的活動集中在一塊區域裡面。在人流的移動、產業的變化、族群的分布，看 到了運轉的需求性做為城市的疏通與分流，由重新構築下一個二十年的角度下思考，整合城市不同機能的空間運轉機制。 The city is a carrier of various behaviors of the people . From the early Japanese rule to the reversion of the Republic of China to the modern period , the development of the city must start from a certain area, and then spread to the periphery , and finally form life . Different fields have different functions, and people have different needs in life . With the change of each era , the faults of field position and the discussion of definitions will also change people's activities and behaviors . With the rapid development of Taichung , the convenience of life provides the diversity of people's activities , but at the same time it blurs the role of the region , and activities of different natures are concentrated in one area . With the movement of people , the change of industries , and the distribution of ethnic groups , I have seen the need for operation as the dredging and diversion of the city , thinking from the perspective of rebuilding the next two decades , and integrating the spatial operation mechanism of different functions of the city.

1F 為遊客與居民的服務中心，設置服務台與大廳，並且有商店、咖啡廳、停留空間、ＵＳＢ充電站、ＡＴＭ，為提供族群在此停留的服務空間。 The service center for visitors and residents is equipped with a service desk and lobby, stores, café, lounge, USB charging station, and ATM to provide service space for people to stay here.

覽室與青創商店，機能設定為廣場空間。

庭往下觀賞表演，並且通往室外親子遊樂空間，族群在此可以與親子在 不同的圓形空間遊憩玩耍。 The enclosed tourist modern market allows the community to shop for goods inside , watch performances down through the hollow atrium , and leads to an outdoor play space for parents and children, where they can play with their children in different circular spaces.

為售票廳與候車大廳，在此作為通往不同地方的轉運場域。

It is a transit facility facing down the stairway plaza of Mitsui Outlet , and is equipped with a ticket hall and a waiting lobby to serve as a transit area to different places.

The center of the plaza is used as a performance space with ladder seats on both sides to watch the performance , and the left and right sides of the plaza are divided into an exhibition room and a youth creation store , and the function is set as a plaza space.

4F至5F分別為運動空間(大尺度運動、室內羽球、室內健身)，4F配置室內廣場式階梯通往5F，由上往下觀看運動比賽，並設有撞球空間、桌球教室，小 尺度與大尺度的運動在兩層樓的空間實現。動的機能可以在此行為，室內會產生不同的樓層高度。 4F to 5F are sports spaces (large scale sports, indoor badminton, indoor fitness) . 4F is equipped with indoor square stairs leading to 5F to watch sports games from top to bottom , with pool space and billiard classroom , small scale and large scale sports are realized in two floors. The dynamic function can be performed here, and different floor heights will be created in the room.

6F 為不同族群的交會地點，透過服務核到達，咖啡廳做為聊天與休閒的空間，開放 辦公室打破了辦公室的密閉性，增加人與人的討論，中間為中介的共享空間，右 側做為視聽空間與會議空間提供需要的使用者使用，靜的活動在此產生，使族群 在此閱覽、交誼。 The cafe is a space for chatting and relaxing , the open office breaks the confinement of the office and increases the discussion between people, the middle is a shared space for intermediaries, the right side is an audio-visual space and a meeting space for users who need it , and quiet activities are generated here so that the community can read and socialize.

The outdoor playground on the top floor of the 3F parking lot provides users with a spacious outdoor environment where every circular area can be used .

2F plaza provides seating for users to relax and open discussion space . The indoor plaza can be used for resting and watching performances. 4F and 5F go up through indoor stairs to emphasize the relationship between the upper and lower floors.

3F停車場頂樓的戶外遊樂場，提供使用者寬敞的戶外環境，每一個圓形場域皆可使用。2F廣場提供座位提供使用者休憩與開放的討論空間。室內 廣場可給使用者休憩、觀看表演。4F、5F透過室內階梯往上，強調上下層樓的關係。

The underground driveway features a glass skylight that provides protection from the rain and transparency to allow people to see the underground traffic flow.

The parking lot provides parking space for market patrons as well as residents of the residential area , and the mediated linear park allows for a stopover .

導入地形模型設計作為三個高低差的景觀地形，分別為0.4公尺、1公尺、2公尺可讓使用者選擇。 The terrain model is designed as three landscape terrains with a height difference of 0.4m, 1m and 2m for users to choose from .

由階梯廣場往下進入轉運空間，提供未來商場族群轉運。 From the staircase plaza , we will enter the transit space , which will provide transit for the future shopping mall community .

ARCHITECTURAL PORTFOLIO 2018-2021 HUANG MING HONG 空間的流動性，透過環境物件的轉化空間在建築裡面移動，所需的機能會置入設計之中，在基地周圍不同機能的族群能夠進入場域，不僅止於做為 轉運，嘗試在基地內停留，整合附近糖廠、市場、住宅區、商業區的族群，結合廣場、停車空間、聯絡道路、行人動線、公車區域，將基地內的觀 光產業及不同族群所能適應空間的結合，使人群能在基地停留及移動，將分散的運轉機制，透過空間有效整合。 The mobility of space , through the transformation of environmental objects into space to move within the building , the required functions will be placed into the design , and the communities with different functions around the base wil l be able to enter the field , not only for transit , but also to try to stay in the base , integrating the communities in the nearby sugar factories , markets , residential areas , and commercial areas , combining plazas , parking spaces , liaison roads , pedestrian routes , and bus areas , and integrating the The combination of the tourism industry and different groups can adapt to the space , so that people can stay and move in the base , and the dispersed transportation mechanism can be effectively integrated through space .

在城市高度集中的生活模式下，集合住宅為現代族群居住的首要選項，同時卻也大大拘束了對於居住空間的想像，居 住空間成為了單一的使用模式。在設計中，使用將空間串聯增加幾何型態的外型，透過格柵設計創造公共與私密空間 ，在水湳經貿園區這塊重新被賦予活力的場域，重新建構由三代同堂、三人家庭、年輕族群，從年輕到老年的使用者 能夠創造出不只是居住的活動方式，構築出對生活的宜居型態。 Under the highly concentrated living pattern of the city, the collection of housing is the primary choice of modern community living , but at the same time , it also greatly restricts the imagination of living space , living space has become a single mode of use. In the design , the geometric shape of the space is increased by the use of the space in series , and the public and private space is created through the grille design. In this re-energized area of the Shuinan Economic and Trade Park, the activities of the three generations , the three-person family , the young group , and the users from the young to the old can be created in a way that is more than just living , and the livability of life is constructed .

上下樓層以公共設施為主，拉近人與人之間的互動距離，而居住空間則以不同的房型排列，增進不同族群 互動的關係。而面對於以調節氣候為主的水湳公園，拉近了人與自然的距離，象徵了城市不只是居住的場 域，更是生活的空間。 The upper and lower floors are dominated by public facilities , bringing the interaction between people closer , while the living space is arranged in different room types to enhance the interaction between different groups. Facing to the main climate control of the park, the distance between people and nature is narrowed, symbolizing that the city is not only a living area , but also a living space .

以廊道中介空間作為族群交流場域，增加不 同族群的機會，在現代化都市場所下，拉近 人與人之間的距離，以及不同年齡使用者的 交流，並且在使用者到達最高樓層後不是單 獨的天台，而是一個休憩與停留的空間，讓 使用者達到交流、交會的效果。 The corridor intermediary space is used as a community exchange area to increase the opportunities of different communities , to bring people closer to each other and to communicate with users of different ages in a modern urban place , and to allow users to reach the highest floor not as a separate rooftop , but as a space for resting and staying , so that users can achieve the effect of communication and meeting .

當代公共空間的探討

一座城市之所以是城市，有著食、衣、住、行、 育、樂，包含著大多數事件發生的地方，但是快 速的節奏步調下，常常會使人忘記了減慢速度， 停下來檢視生活。

能代表公共空間的場所在普羅大眾的認知裡就是 活動中心，每座城市都會有屬於自己的特色，在 這樣的前提下活動中心應是符合城市的特色，但 在現代活動中心大多都是偏老年族群使用，而青 少年大多於戶外或是其他娛樂場域，而壯年族群 大部分時間都在工作狀態。這讓活動中心的使用 率大大降低，增加了成為倉庫、閒置空間的機率 ，變成所謂的蚊子館。因此活動中心的設計應該 要考慮到各年齡各領域居民的使用，以及落實活 動中心實質該有的機能性，發揮將城市居民凝聚 的功用，讓活動中心除了使用能有更深一層的含 意。 基地分析 Site Analysis

A city is a city because it has food , clothing , housing , transportation , education and entertainment . A city is a place where most events take place , but the fast pace often makes people forget to slow down and stop to examine their lives .

Each city has its own characteristics , and under this premise, activity centers should be in line with the characteristics of the city , but in modern times , activity centers are mostly used by the elderly , while the youth are mostly outdoors or in other entertainment areas , and the young adults are mostly at work .

This makes the usage rate of activity centers greatly reduced , increasing the chance of becoming warehouses and unused spaces, turning them into so-called mosquito houses. Therefore, the design of the activity center should take into account the use of residents of all ages and fields , and implement the actual function of the activity center , so that the activity center can have a deeper meaning besides the use of the city residents .

Agglutination of Activity Space

以動與靜的空間構成新型態的活動中心，連結歌劇院引入人流，分別為觀光族群與當地族群 ，活動與靜態的空間在此發生，並且成為城市之中的停留空間。 A new type of activity center is formed by the space of movement and stillness, and the opera house is connected to bring in the flow of people, the tourist community and the local community respectively , where the space of movement and stillness takes place and becomes a space to stay in the city .

由空間的交疊重複，延伸出對稱與交錯的空間交錯。 族群為原本居住在一德洋樓附近的四戶人家， 透過空間的交錯既能有私人空間又保有聯絡感情的方式。

The overlapping and repetition o f spaces extends the spatial interplay of symmetry and interlacing.

The four families originally living in the vicinity of the Yide House are the community .

Through the interlacing of spaces, we can have a private space and a way to keep in touch with each other.

水平模型 Level Models 使用水平延續的操作方式，在發展水平延伸空間的概念下將內與外的型態打開，處理模糊邊界，水 平導入面的空間。

Using the operation of horizontal continuation, the concept of horizontal extension of space is used to open up the inner and outer forms, to deal with the blurring of boundaries, and to introduce the horizontal space into the face.

結合概念由水平的延伸與垂直的延長轉化為 建築主體的模型，內部為人流移動的空間， 每一層樓的相異性代表不同的機能空間。

盒狀的堆疊為每一層相異機能樓層的垂直排 列，不同量體擠壓出的空間成為了平台、停 留的中介空間，由堆疊行為產生了建築的可 能性。

The concept of integration is transformed from horizontal extension and vertical lengthening into a model of the main body of the building , and the interior is a space for the movement of people , with each floor representing a different functional space .

The box-like stack is the vertical arrangement of each floor with different functions , and the space extruded by different volumes becomes the intermediary space for platform and stay , and the possibility of architecture is generated by the stacking behavior .

If we want to understand a city , the best way is to go to the market . The market is a multicultural place , before the emergence of shopping centers or supermarkets , the market provides goods and food for sale, and it is also a place where people can communicate and feel a sense of belonging .

城市的消費改變

Consumer change in the city 消費型態由攤販銷售模式轉變為集中銷售模式，除了消費行為之外連帶販售服務、消費族群改變。對比 傳統市場的現代消費場域，如百貨公司、量販中心，銷售空間與空間尺度由攤販形式轉變物品陳列明顯 、商品販售分明，建築型態由傳統市場的平面型態更動為垂直動線的分區空間。 In addition to the change in consumer behavior, there is also a change in sales service and consumer groups . In contrast to traditional markets , modern consumption areas , such as department stores and mass merchandising centers , the sales space and spatial scale have changed from the stall format to a clear display of goods and merchandising , and the building type has changed from the flat type of traditional markets to a zoned space with vertical movement .

Change of consumer space 消費空間的轉變由時代演變與消費型態的改變開始，以方塊與拼圖象徵空間透過人為的改變致使空間排 列方式改變，水平空間形式透過排列而成為垂直型態，同時族群之間的互動模式透過空間的置存也顯現 消費力量對於社會族群的影響，族群的互動在垂直空間與水平空間呈現明顯差異。 The change of consumer space begins with the evolution of the times and the change of consumption patterns . The horizontal spatial form becomes vertical through the arrangement .

Consumerization of space 時間發展與時代推進，消費以非侷限在商品銷售而是在空間之內的體驗，交易行為不只是單純的商品買 賣，進入銷售空間除了購物之外連帶店內的質感、氛圍、互動空間，商品消費轉變為空間消費，銷售空 間不只是物品交易，行為與活動改變，空間不只是盒狀場域，而是使用者在其中如何生活，進而和空間 產生互動。消費空間就是承載體驗式經濟活動的物理載體。

Time development and the advancement of the times , consumption is not limited to the sale of goods but the experience in the space , the transaction behavior is not just a simple sale of goods , into the sales space in addition to shopping with the texture of the store , atmosphere , interactive space , commodity consumption has changed to space consumption , sales space is not just the transaction of goods , behavior and activities change , space is not just a box-like field , but how the user lives in it , and then interact with the space . Co-constructed Consumer City 消費空間透過消費型態的轉變與活動行為的去單一化使商業空間不再只是銷售場域，空間尺度的多樣化使空間能置入不只 是銷售的行為活動，透過垂直與水平的樓板組合多樣形式的空間，築構出不同於原本市場與購物中心的域變形態的公共場 域，重新整理城市空間內的空間、形態、既有現況。串聯功能體塊，在空間和項目間創建多重且分明的關係，打破了傳統 直線走廊的枯燥乏味，使每層所看到的外部景觀都是不同方向並創造不確定性的體驗，激發人們的對於城市的探索慾望。 Through the change of consumption type and the de-unification of activity behavior , the commercial space is no longer just a sales area . The diversification of spatial scales allows the space to incorporate behavioral activities that are not just sales . By linking the functional blocks and creating multiple and distinct relationships between spaces and projects , it breaks the tedium of traditional straight corridors and creates an uncertain experience with different directions of external views from each floor , stimulating people's desire to explore the city .
