Parand Residential Block was designed according to the residential block site analysis and the Parand Urban Design theme.
In this project, the 100 square-meter residential units in the urban Block and three types of houses, including detached single-floor houses, detached two-floor houses, attached two-floor houses, and a residential tower, were designed in the residential Block.
The residential blocks landscape was designed with a cultural and social approach and was intended in the communal area of apartment, community, recreational and sports units for users› use.
