Unit X project: La dolce patisserie Seating and bar counter visuals May 2021 This project focuses on the zero food waste initiative, by designing the patisserie cafe to suit the location. Therefore, as the location won’t be suitable for the vulnerable/ homeless, a food bank will be available at night after closure to help those in need.
