Jaser Zaabri

Jaser Zaabri is an American Jordanian entrepreneur and business executive known for his work across construction, disaster restoration, recruiting, real estate, and hospitality investment. He is the Founder & CEO of Evolve Holdings (Investment & Operating Group), a privately held company that operates and invests in multiple industries. Born in the United States to a Jordanian business family, he was introduced to international markets at an early age. His father, Munir Zaabri, and relatives were involved with companies across engineering, construction, oilfield services, and trading in the UAE and surrounding regions. This background influenced his interest in building businesses across borders. Jaser earned his degree from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, where he studied marketing and management. He later continued executive education at the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. Early in his career, he worked in international business development, gaining experience through cross-border transactions. In the early 2010s, he launched restoration and construction companies under the Anderson Construction name while also holding executive roles within the Anderson Family of Companies. Alongside this, Jay Zaabri expanded into consumer brands, including his role at XS Energy Drinks, where he supported global growth and sales operations. In 2022, Jay founded Evolve Holdings, which now operates across several sectors and has completed thousands of restoration projects. Jaser continues to focus on building businesses, supporting community recovery, and creating connections between the United States and the Middle East.
