+ My responsibilities include design + development of commercial projects from a variety of market sectors across all phases of design and construction within a fast-paced design-build environment.
+ Advanced early yield studies, site analysis, and conceptual master planning efforts. Collaborated closely with multidisciplinary teams to align design and construction.
+ Higher Education / Municipal BD role for the office which included pursuits of RFQs, RFPs, and competitions. Managed client relations.

+ Implemented new computational design workflows for efficient analysis of projects using Grasshopper and Rhino.
