RIGGS REPORT

Riggs Team,
I hope you are doing well. 2023 is off to a wet start. The rain keeps coming and business has consequently slowed just a bit. Please take the time to prepare for what will be another busy season when dry weather arrives. There is much to celebrate as 2022 marked one of our most successful years in Company history.

Last year finished with many wins across all verticals. We saw record numbers of transactions occur. These fueled our success but led to many growing pains throughout the organization. I want to thank each of you for your hard work to meet our customer's needs in 2022.
We added roughly 50 new employees bringing our average headcount to 470. Please take time to welcome our new teammates into the fold! And congratulations to everyone for the results achieved at your store in 2022.
CENTURY Campaign:
Last year marked 95 years of Serving Arkansas. Now we look to 100. I will be coming to your store soon to roll out the CENTURY Campaign and how we plan to achieve this new five-year strategy.
There are two main goals:
1. To have the best people and best culture at Riggs by the time we turn 100. Sounds easy but we have work to do.
2. To win every piece of business in the State of Arkansas. And by the time we turn 100 years old, I want our competition begging us to let up.
These two goals will require every Riggs team member to possess this two-pronged focus. We must ask ourselves each day, "How do I serve my team and how do I serve my customers?"
It starts with the foundation of excellence we already have, believing in our vision, and then all of us collectively working to achieve it.
Thank you all for what you do every day. Thank you for making Riggs the place it is. And thank you for an amazing 2022. We are setting the bar higher and higher. I pray this year each person hits the goals set before them both personally and vocationally. Please let us know how we can support you in both.
I look forward to seeing you soon and especially to rolling out the CENTURY Campaign with you.
Respectfully,
George Cress President & CEOYour work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do.
