This service includes ideas on furniture placement and decor and guidance on reduction of personal effects and clutter. The visit also addresses the homes condition/cleanliness and needed maintenance. Both the interior and exterior of the house is considered in the consultation. (For occupied and vacant homes)

Household Coordination

Household coordination services are geared towards seniors or those looking to downsize/ simplify. This service will identify projects to prepare the home for sale and moving. We will coordinate quotes from services providers, take inventory of furnishings, create a pre-move floor plan and thoughtful guidance on how to reduce household items.
