JA Leadership Academy is a unique networking event hosted by Junior Achievement of the Eastern Shore. It partners high school students from Caroline, Dorchester, and Talbot counties with professional working men and women for one day to share meaningful dialogue, identify and strengthen their personal brand. Throughout the day, students rotate through four different interactive breakout sessions each highlighting a different topic: Speed Networking, Personal Brand, Entrepreneurship, and Staying Successful. Students were also given the opportunity to have professional headshots taken by one of our two volunteer photographers.
