Our 100,000 square foot, state-of-the-art factory facility, is located just 10 minutes from Belfast Int. airport, a great location for clients to visit the working factory to see and experience your projects in build, first hand.

Every bespoke modular build manufactured by Jans first starts out life as a dream or an idea. Our team of consultants will meet with customers to listen closely to their design and practical needs, finding ways to incorporate them into a new and innovative build - creating something that is completely bespoke to each client and development.

Once the design process is complete it’s over to the manufacturing team to produce your desired build. Each of our homes are hand crafted and built by teams of experienced tradesmen, offering a minimum 10 year Platinum Seal warranty for peace of mind.

As an NCC approved manufacturer, all homes are built to BS3632 standard and thoroughly quality controlled throughout the process.
