Anticipated attendance for your events are due ten (10) business days in advance of the event day Final guarantees must be submitted to your hotel event manager by 10:00 am EST three (3) full business days prior to an event, or your anticipated attendance will be considered the fnal guarantee At the event, if the number of guests served is less than the guarantee, you are responsible for the number guaranteed If the number of guests is greater than the guarantee, you are responsible for the total number of guests served

Pricing •

All menu prices + items are subject to change until such a time as banquet event orders (BEO’s) have been signed + executed

Gratuity, Service Charge, Tax

All prices are subject to 20% Gratuity, 4% Service Charge + 7% Florida Sales Tax

Nothing may be attached to the walls or ceilings

Gratuity is fully distributed to staf assigned to your event

Outside entertainment must be approved by the Hotel so as not to interfere with other guests’ stay

Service Charge is not a gratuity + is the property of the hotel to cover discretionary costs of the event

Plated meal service is based upon 2 hours of service

Breaks are based upon 30 minutes of service

An extension of actual service times is subject to additional labor fees

Hotel does not provide security in the meeting + event space

All personal property left in the meeting or event space is at the sole risk of the owner
