ADISM MEDIA FAQ’s How does the process work
Clients choose needed services and place a service request. A Design professional will contact the client in regards to the order and creative needs Once the services are verified- Clients will be emailed a retainer invoice. This invoice will be equaled to 50% of the total project cost. This retainer must be paid in order to initiate the design process Once the design process has been initiated, the client will have a series of editing processes. During this process the client will have an opportunity to view and suggest changes of any information and or design concerns of the project components. Clients will have 2 gratis editing processes per creative service. Fees may apply for additional editing. Upon the final editing process, the project balance will be due. Once paid, project deliverables will be published and made available via the follow methods:
Websites, domain names, and email accounts- published within 48hours of final payment processing
Printed Materials- available within 3-5 business days of final payment processing All printed materials can be picked up locally or shipped.
