Positive Shopping 2024 celebrates Liz from Love HeartWood's achievements in auditing her business carbon footprint using the GHG Protocol scope methodology. She did this with the support of Blue Patch patron Naturesave and Alice Doyle of the environmental consultancy Positive Impacts. Alice is part of our Net Zero advisory board. You can also see our exhibition 'Pull My Thread, textiles for a cool planet' at Brantwood, the home of John Ruskin, overlooking glorious Coniston Water in the Lake District. Exhibits included locally woven blankets by Laura's Loom, The Nettle Dress by Allan Brown, Chloe Haywood London's magnificent skirt created from materials donated by the Royal Ballet and Opera. We also ran a Blue Patch workshop on carbon calculation - it's been a wonderfully varied autumn. This publication was was given out to visitors at Decorex, the UK's foremost interiors show.
