Some of our Treatments Therapeutic massage is key to re-vitalising and bringing into balance the systems of the body. It is an excellent therapy for relieving pain and tension from muscles, easing stiffness from joints as well as improving the elasticity and suppleness to the skin.

Aromatherapy uses essential oils and massage techniques to improve health, emotional wellbeing and to restore balance to the body. It can be used to treat aching muscles, arthritis, headaches, stress, anxiety and others conditions.

Shiatsu is a whole body therapy - treating the whole person not just the symptom and it not only treats but can also prevent the build up of conditions that may ultimately lead to disease. Regular Shiatsu sessions will help to prevent the build up of stress in daily life. If not addressed, stress and strain, which initially affects one’s emotional wellbeing, can end up producing physical symptoms as well.

Kinesiology is a system of identifying any imbalances a person may have. This is achieved by testing an individual’s ability to resist a light pressure applied by the practitioner to different muscles.

By a full holistic assessment of these imbalances, the practitioner can determine a treatment plan.

Booking Information for Customers Consultations All treatments include a consultation, in the first treatment this will take approximately 10-15 minutes.

Thereafter, consultations for treatments will take approximately 5 minutes.

Booking Times & Treatments Therapists will need to arrive 10-15 minutes before your treatment time to set up their work areas with couch/chair, oils etc. All treatments must take place in an acceptable/respectable area i.e. lounge, reception room etc. our therapists will not carry out treatments in bedrooms, bed-sits, etc.

Payment Treatments can be paid for in the following ways: 1. Cheque or postal order made payable to ‘Zebulun’ and sent to our address, see below.

2. By cash to the therapist prior to the treatment. A receipt will be provided on all bookings.
