Both restaurants offer a very happy Happy Hour. Lalo’s has a livlier bar scene, perhaps because of its huge wrap-around bar, but for great cocktails, a good selection of beers, including Mexican beers, and wine, you’ll love both Chicano’s and Lalo’s.
