In order for you to receive your information to file your end of year taxes it is your responsibility to ensure UKG is up to date. Please log into your personal information in UKG and verify it is up to date. Below are the instructions to make changes. Please have this completed no later than December 1st. Human Resources cannot make these changes for you, if you have trouble, please email for assistance on making changes.

SIGN DIVISION COMPLETES DUTCH BROTHERS INSTALLATION IN ANDOVER KANSAS

In the heart of Andover, Kansas, CDL’s Sign Division recently added another feather to its cap with the successful installation of striking signage for the newest Dutch Bros Coffee location. This exciting project came our way through our esteemed National Sign Partner, Principle, based in Knoxville, TN. As Dutch Bros Coffee continues to expand its footprint in the Midwest, Principle secured the contract to handle the signage installations, and they turned to CDL’s Sign Division for our unmatched expertise and commitment to excellence.

Our skilled team, equipped with the latest technology and a passion for precision, descended upon Andover to bring the Dutch Bros Coffee brand to life. From meticulous measurements to strategic planning, every detail was scrutinized to ensure the signage not only met but exceeded the client’s expectations.

As the iconic Dutch Bros Coffee logo now graces Andover, we take pride in knowing that CDL played a pivotal role in contributing to the vibrant and dynamic identity of this new establishment. The success of this project is a testament to our unwavering commitment to delivering quality, on time, every time.

The collaboration with Principle, known for its industry prowess, was seamless. It’s partnerships like these that highlight the strength of our national network and the trust our peers place in CDL’s Sign Division.

‘TIS THE CDL

HOLIDAY SEASON As the year comes to a close, we reflect on the incredible holiday season we’ve shared together.

The festive spirit was alive and well with our “12 Days of Giveaways,” where 78 lucky winners took home prizes ranging from cups and speakers to tool bags, and the grand prize, a coveted Yeti cooler.

In the true spirit of giving, we organized a heartwarming donation drive. Thanks to your generosity, we successfully gathered canned food, shampoo, and clothes for the Pittsburg Wesley House. Your kindness is making a real difference in our community.

Our commitment to family and fun was evident at the Santa Claus event, where families enjoyed capturing special moments with the man in red.

Sharing meals and laughter, we strengthened our bonds and created lasting memories.

Acknowledging the dedication of our incredible staff, we extended our gratitude through customer gifts sent to our top clients in every division. It’s your hard work and commitment that keeps CDL thriving.

To cap off the celebrations, every employee received a well-deserved $50 bonus. It’s a token of appreciation for your unwavering dedication and contribution to our shared success.

As we bid farewell to 2023, let’s carry the warmth of these celebrations into the new year. Here’s to a fantastic team, a season of giving, and the promise of an exciting future together.

More than 20,000 people die in home accidents every year and about a third of all injuries occur there. Holiday time can be a real killer if you don’t follow safe practices -- so -- before you start to ‘Deck the Hails’ this year:

had ‘too much’ to drive. If you drive, be extra alert for drunk drivers on the road.

Check insulation on electric cords and inspect for any other damage before using them. Make sure your tree lights are approved -- look for the Underwriters Laboratory tag. Never place electrical cords under rugs and don’t overload circuits, match the plug to the outlet. Use a fireplace screen and NEVER burn a Christmas tree in the fireplace. Keep candies away from the tree.

Check your heating unit and hot water heater for defects. Remember the silent killer -- carbon monoxide. Remove any combustibles from the furnace area. Have you checked your smoke detectors lately? Do they have fresh batteries?

Check them today. Store flammable liquids away from heat and electricity and out of the reach of children. On the subject of fire -- NEVER smoke in bed -- and most importantly, teach children that if their clothes ever catch on fire to STOP, DROP and ROLL!

Use electric cords approved for outdoor use for your outdoor display. Ladder safety is as important at home as it is at work.
