Why did New East General Trading come into existence as an automotive aftermarket supplier? In a world of increasingly sophisticated engineering, there is a huge demand for high-quality and reliable aftermarket automotive spare parts. New East was born from one simple idea – a local automobile distributor serving international needs. In March 1991, New East opened its doors for business in the UAE, helping automobile trade between UAE and other GCC countries. New East Group offers the best of the brands, great products, and outstanding customer service. We have been successfully serving the automation business since 1992. We are also the largest importer and exporter of aftermarket automotive parts in the UAE; moreover, New East Group operates worldwide and provides support through phone, email, and online to our customers in Europe, the Middle East and South-East Asia. New East Group and Aisin’s joint venture business intends to focus on sales and cover the customer needs in the Middle Eastern and African territories.

What products and services does your company offer? New East is one of the largest importers and distributors of Korean aftermarket spare parts, adhering to the highest standards of quality & safety. We also supply an extensive range of aftermarket Japanese auto spare parts to our customers globally, both in bulk and individually. We put auto spare parts, engines, gearboxes, and other car accessories of the customers’ choice, and offer an entire range of intelligently designed lubricant additives. Our company stocks a very large range of oils, car batteries and lubricants, and we are the authorized distributors for Hitachi Car Battery, Aisin lubricants and fk massiomo car lubricants. New East is centred on importing and exporting a range of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) spare

parts for a variety of premium and volume automotive brands across the globe.

New East warehouse is digitalised with an updated warehouse management system. Our warehouse in Jafza is spread across 52,000 sqm equipped with modern facilities of storage, packing, distribution and a well-trained workforce. We have always focused on inventory and time management; our goal is to have the products that our customers want to keep in stock; therefore, over 20,000+ line items are in stock and ready for delivery. We are operating domestic and international delivery every day. Jebel Ali Port and Jafza’s combined capabilities as an integrated hub offers multimodal connectivity and cater to the extensive demand of the industry at the local and international levels. Tell us about your latest addition – the New East Shipping division. Our logistics business is the newest development to evolve from a company with over two decades of experience in automobile. Emerging as a dynamic Third-Party Logistics & Freight Forwarding Company, New East Logistics aims to help its customers to reduce their supply chain costs and support their sales growth by providing outstanding customer service levels for their clients.

What are some of the services you offer through your logistics division? Our warehousing capabilities in Dubai exceed 35,000 pallet positions in a plot of 50,000sqm, while the Dock Bay capacity can accommodate over 60 Containers (40FT/20FT) at a time. We are operating 16 hours (Day & Night Shift) per se, six days a week, to align with the requirements of Jebel Ali Port and our customers. The company uses the latest IT technology in Warehouse Operations by supporting Bar Coding/QR Coding/RF ID scanning systems through an advanced WMS system. Customers can easily track & trace their goods through efficient management reports or by interfacing its system with ours. Our Freight Forwarding Services cover most global destinations, especially in the GCC, Africa, Eastern Europe, and South Asia. Our broad network of agents supports our customers’ import/export requests by providing outstanding services at competitive prices. We also support all the customs clearance and related Services – especially in Jebel Ali.
