What is Seikyokushin ?

Kyokushin is the name, which was originated by the master, Masutatsu Oyama.

Seikyokushinkai or shortly Seikyokushin was founded in February 2021 and received official registration on 04/01/2021.

IKOS reject all ethnic, gender, religious, political, philosophical, nationalistic, age discrimination and prejudice, furthermore, upholds and promotes equal rights, friendly international relations, and world peace.

The initiator of the creation of the International Karate Organization Seikyokushinkai was Andrew Rekunov, Oleh Kindzer and Roman Sokolovski.

The purpose of the creation of Seikyokushin is to respect the Traditions founded by Mas Oyama and absolute freedom from any political problems that take place in other Kyokushin Organizations.

Sei means Clear-Holy Kyoku means Ultimate Shin is truth or reality SeiKyokushin Karate is a martial art for all, without restriction of age or gender! We pay great attention to both the physical and psychological sides training, exercises to develop flexibility and endurance.

SONG MIN JIE - Director AJL WKMO IPC SHANGHAI KYOKUSHIN KARATE – SEIKYOKUSHIN The founder of our system, Masutatsu Oyama, was born in 1923 near Seoul in South Korea.

He studied Chinese Kempo at nine years of age and at the age of twelve went to Japan to live and enrol at University. After mastering judo he became a pupil of the legendary Gichen Funakoshi, making such rapid progress that at seventeen he gained Nidan and at twentyfour became Yondan. During the war he was drafted into the military. After the war in 1947 he won the All Japan Karate Championship against all comers!

Deciding that he wanted to devote the rest of his life to spreading the knowledge of karate, he spent the next years in seclusion, living in the temples and the mountains, subjecting himself to the rigours of martial arts training day and night, meditating on Zen precepts and seeking enlightenment.

During the period of self-exile he struggled with wild animals, smashed trees and rocks with his bare hands and meditated under icy waterfalls in an extremely severe course of rigid discipline. In 1951 he returned to civilisation and started his own training Dojo. His fame spread rapidly as his ability was sensational! Among many feats he had defeated a bull with his bare hands!

After many successful tours, demonstrating his skills, training Dojo's were set up all over the World. In 1965, the five-storey building, Honbu, was opened in Tokyo. Today there are Kyokushin Branches in most countries in the World.

Seikyokushinkai Karate Dojo Kun We will train our hearts and bodies for a firm, unshaken spirit.

We will pursue the true meaning of the Martial Way, so that in time our senses may be alert.

With true vigour we will seek to cultivate a spirit of self-denial.

We will observe the rules of courtesy, respect our superiors and refrain from violence.

We will follow our religious principles and never forget the true virtue of humility.

We will look upwards to wisdom and strength,not seeking other desires.

All our lives, through the discipline of karate, we will seek to fulfil the true meaning of the Kyokushin Way.

What is Seikyokushin ?

About SEIKYOKUSHINKAI China Branch The SEIKYOKUSHINKAI China branch was established in July 2021, with Master Song MinJie (4th dan black belt) as the branch chief.

Because the long-term struggles and divisions of the Japanese kyokushin karate organization also affected foreign branches, Mr. Song did not want such a thing to happen in the long run, so he decided to join the European karate organization SEIKYOKUSHINKAI.

SONG MIN JIE - Director AJL WKMO IPC SHANGHAI China Branch Chief Master Song MinJie Master Song has been studying karate since 2006 and is currently an internationally recognized black belt 4th Dan of the International Karate Organization Seikyokushinkai. As of the time of publication, Master Song is the highest rank holder in this karate organization in Asia.

At the same time, he is also the 3Kyu (green belt) of the New International Karate Organization, the 2nd Dan of the International Karate Organization Kyokushinkaikan world sokyokushin, and the 5th Dan of the full-contact karate black belt of the Martial Arts Association International. He has won the top three in national karate four times, and the runner-up in Shanghai karate. In addition, he has also studied Philippine martial arts, ESKRIMA, KRAV MAGA, BOXING, KICKBOXING, THAIBOXING, CHINESE WUSHU (SanDa), tactical shooting and many other projects, and has achieved very high achievements and achievements in many fields.

He is a young master proficient in unarmed, mechanical combat and personal defense.

In addition to being a branch chief at Seikyokushinkai, Master Song also serves as an instructor at Kyokushinkaikan Kui Dojo, sharing skills with kyokushin karate groups of different factions.

Master Song believes that karate is a comprehensive BUDO that includes the integration of fitness, competition, and self-defense, and is also suitable for military and police. (Note: In fact, you can see karate skills in many military and police trainings. For example, the US FBI and West Point Military Academy have invited kyokushin karate founder Oyama Beida to give lectures, and these techniques are still used today.)

Now, more and more karate organizations in many regions have begun to teach a simplified version of karate to gain benefits and achievements. They have begun to let students only train according to the rules of competitive competitions, ignoring other karate techniques. The result of this is that many dojos seem to have a lot of trophies and medals, but in fact no one in this organization knows karate. Learning such karate is not only ineffective in self-defense, but also damages your body.

The Seikyokushinkai Chinese branch led by Teacher Song always insists on retaining complete karate training, keeping a pure land for karate lovers in this too impetuous and utilitarian environment.

Communication non verbale en Self Défense Le langage corporel représente plus de 90% de TOUTES les communications.

Langage corporel pré-agression de l’agresseur Agresseur type mâle alpha : Voici quelques caractéristiques du langage corporel adopté par l’agresseur type « mâle alpha » : • Il se redresse, hausse le menton, bombe le torse et fait de larges gestes.

L’objectif de ce type d’attitude est de donner à son interlocuteur une impression de puissance en se faisant plus imposant qu’il n’est en réalité.

L’attitude opposée de soumission se caractérise par la tête baissée, les épaules rentrées et des gestes étriqués • Il envahit l’espace personnel de son interlocuteur en se rapprochant exagérément de celui-ci au mépris des convenances. L’agresseur prend possession des lieux.

• Il peut être amené à exprimer sa violence sur des objets (renverser une chaise, shooté dans une poubelle ou une voiture…).

L’objectif est de démontrer son potentiel de destruction Si toutes ces attitudes participent au rituel d’intimidation, l’agresseur n’est pourtant pas encore forcément prêt à passer à l’action. En effet, pourquoi chercher à intimider son interlocuteur quitte à le rendre méfiant et lui laisser le temps de se préparer au combat ? L’objectif de l’intimidation est bien l’abandon de l’adversaire sans avoir à combattre. Ces démonstrations de force ont pour objectif de faire miroiter à l’adversaire un potentiel de destruction suffisant pour lui ôter toute envie de combattre.

Gery JACOBY - Directeur AJL WKMO IPC Luxembourg Signes précurseurs à la frappe : Comment savoir à quel moment la situation nous échappe et quand l’agresseur déclenchera son attaque ?

La décision de l’agresseur d’attaquer ou non ne tient pas à grand-chose. Un mot, un regard, une attitude peut déclencher la perte de contrôle. Cependant, à l’ instant où il prend la décision de frapper, l’agresseur reçoit une décharge d’adrénaline dans le corps induisant une série de tics qu’un œil exercé peut repérer.

Voici quelques un des tics précurseurs à une frappe parmi les plus courants : • Une personne qui s'apprête à frapper ou à bouger va souvent télégraphier cette intention par la façon dont elle porte ses épaules, « elles seront serrées et surélevées ».

• Il y a un changement dans la fréquence, le ton ou le volume de la voix d’une personne.

• Il y a un changement soudain dans la respiration avec souvent la bouche ouverte de la personne.

• Lorsque l'action s'intensifie et l’agression devient imminent, l’agresseur aura la tendance à respirer de manière superficielle à partir de la poitrine « respiration pectorale ».

• Se dilater les narines avant un combat est un mécanisme de survie très important, car lorsque nous ouvrons nos narines, nous pouvons absorber plus d'oxygène.

• Il y a une augmentation du rythme cardiaque provoquant une transpiration involontaire et une dilatation des pupilles, conséquence de l'adrénaline. « La rapidité des pulsations s'observent au niveau du cou et des tempes ».

• Une personne développe une pâleur soudaine ou une rougeur du visage (vasoconstriction induite par l’adrénaline) • Regard fixe, rétrécissement des yeux « comme s’il regardait au loin ».

• Rupture du contact visuel « signifie une rupture totale de dialogue ».

• Coup d’œil rapide sur une partie précise de votre corps « ciblage ».

• Jeter un coup d’œil rapide pour détourner l’attention ou vérifier l’itinéraire d’évacuation après l’attaque. « C’est un signe avant-coureur imminent de l'attaque ».

• Parler avec vous et tourner la tête rapidement « vérifier si vous avez des renforts, et se préparer à frapper et courir », « C’est un signe avant-coureur imminent de l'attaque ».

• Abaisser la tête pour se préparer à charger. « Préparer le corps à bouger, c’est un signe avant-coureur imminent de l’attaque ».

• Ouvrir et fermer les mains, ouvrir les doigts, serrer les poings.

• Main cachée hors de la vue, paume non visible ou tenir le bras dans une drôle de position « cacher une arme ». Ou toucher plusieurs fois la poche, mains planant autour de la ceinture ou n’importe où ; « vérifier qu’il a toujours son arme.

• Position des pieds type garde de boxe « position de trois quart et genoux légèrement plier pour assurer la stabilité pendant la frappe ».

• Se passer la main sur le visage ou sur la nuque, « mouvements nerveux pour cacher ses plans d’attaque ».

• Réajuster les vêtements, enlever la casquette, « relever le pantalon, remonter les manches, enlever un de ses vêtements ».

• Nous pousser avec sa main gauche pour nous déséquilibrer. « Droitier, c’est un signe avant-coureur imminent de l’attaque ».

• De nombreuses attaques ou vols à l’arraché commencent lorsque la personne se lève sur la plante des pieds, un peu comme le ferait un coureur avant que le coup de feu ne retentisse.

• Se lécher les dents est généralement considéré comme un signe d'agressivité, car les dents sont une arme primitive que nous utilisons lorsque nous sommes menacés.

D’autres signes pourraient être ajoutés à cette liste. Bien entendu, il ne s’agit pas d’une science exacte et certains agresseurs lancent leurs attaques sans signes préalables. Cependant, l’observation de nombreuses scènes d’agression a montré qu’il est fréquent que l’un ou plusieurs de ces signes précèdent une attaque de quelques secondes à quelques dixièmes de secondes.

S’entrainer à repérer ces signes permet d’anticiper le déclenchement de l’attaque et déclencher une riposte préventive ou à minima de se préparer à une défense active ou un repli.

Communication non verbale en Self Défense Agresseur type prédateur : L’agresseur du type prédateur est à l’affut pour choisir sa proie.

Exemple : • Une personne ayant un comportement désynchronisé et contractuel.

• Une personne faisant des allées et venues sans raison dans un endroit est susceptible de lancer une attaque lors de votre passage.

• Une ou deux personnes qui s’adossent contre un mur sans raison et en cachant leurs visages sont susceptible de lancer une attaque lors de votre passage. Capuche masquant une partie du visage pour ne pas être reconnu des caméras de surveillance, position adossée à un mur avec un pied replié près à se propulser vers la victime, paume de la main masquée dissimulant un couteau en prise « pic à glace » !

Pour parer une agression de la part d’un agresseur type prédateur, seul notre vigilance, notre attitude et notre comportement nous y protègerons.

Les prédateurs contemplent et évaluent le comportement défensif de la victime. Et pour cela, ils se concentrent sur le langage non verbal des personnes qui les entourent.

Signes de mauvaises intentions Si vous dites à quelqu'un de s’arrêter ou de sortir de votre espace et ils ne le fait pas, ou si quelqu’un vous bouscule sans s’excuser de suite alors il a probablement de mauvaises intentions.

Votre espace personnel social que vous «possédez» mesure 1,2 à 3,5m.

Vous devez être conscient de votre environnement à au moins 3,0 à 15,0 m autour de vous.

Le simple fait de marcher sans but.

Pas de contact visuel bref avec les personnes autour.

Négliger les indications émis par nos sens (ouïe, vue, instinct et odorat).

Négliger les indications émis par tout ce qui vous entour (tout ce qui est hors du commun).

Exhiber de gros montants d’argent ou mettre en évidence ce qui pourrait être volé.

Marcher à petits pas et de manière asynchrone, (bras et jambes).

L'absence de gestes d’amplitude normale lors des changements de position.

Marcher la tête baissée et ne faisant pas attention à l’environnement (être déconnecté de l’environnement).

Ne faisant pas attention à l’environnement en général.

Avoir une posture plutôt recroquevillées sur nous-mêmes.

Avoir une attitude qui reflète un manque de confiance en soi.

Marcher dans la rue avec son smartphone à la main.

Marcher avec son sac côté route.

Se promener ou prendre un raccourci par un lieu non-éclairé.

Devant un guichet ou une billetterie ne faisant pas attention à l’environnement.

Composer le digicode ou un code bancaire sans le cacher de la main.

Garez la voiture dans un endroit sombre.

Perdre du temps pour chercher vos clés.

S’aventurer dans des quartiers qui craignent.

Faire du jogging seul sur un chemin peu fréquenté et en écoutant de la musique avec des écouteurs.

Poser le sac ou autre objets de valeur sur la table ou à côté de la chaise, ou accrocher au dos de chaise.

Avoir votre portemonnaie ou smartphone dans une poche extérieure ou un sac à moitié ouvert.

Avoir les deux mains occupées de telle sorte de ne pas pouvoir se défendre facilement.

Etre distrait de telles sorte que le prédateur peut se rapprocher de vous sans que vous ne vous en rendiez compte.

Laisser se rapprocher une personne dans votre espace personnel social sans autorisation, ou avec ruse (demande de renseignement sur un plan de ville, ou faisant mine de ne rien entendre en raison de la distance. Il vaut mieux élever la voix plutôt que de réduire cette distance de sécurité).

Tourner le dos à l’agresseur pour p.ex. pour lui indiquer une direction.

Commande verbale peu formelle.

Croire aux bonnes paroles du prédateur.

Le fait de s’arrêter sans raison, sur simple exhortation d’un inconnu dans un milieu à risque indique la soumission aux conditionnements sociaux et une faible estime de soi.

Avoir une apparence physique médiocre, laissant croire à une riposte peu efficace de votre part en cas d’agression physique.

Tenue vestimentaire ne permettant pas de riposter aisément ou de courir.

D’autres comportements pourraient être ajoutés à cette liste. Bien entendu, il ne s’agit pas d’une science exacte et certains agresseurs choisissent leur victime au hasard. Influencer l’action de l’agresseur par la communication non verbale.

•

Lors d’une altercation qui risque de finir en saisie, adopter une garde dissuasive qui présente une cible définie par vous, à saisir par l’agresseur. Ainsi vous n’avez plus le désavantage d’être surpris par une saisie et vous gagnez du temps pour riposter.

(ADP) • Lors d’une altercation qui risque de finir par des échanges de coups, adopter une garde dissuasive laquelle présente une cible définie par vous, incitation pour que l’agresseur la choisisse pour frapper. Ainsi vous n’avez plus le désavantage d’être surpris et pouvez riposter en conséquent. (ADP) • Adopter une attitude de soumission pour mettre l’agresseur en confiance et diminuer ainsi sa vigilance, « phase d’acceptation de quelques secondes » et ainsi préparer votre riposte, (ADP).

• Regarder et parler à l’agresseur du côté opposé de votre riposte. (ADP) • Faire parler l’agresseur et riposter lors ce qu’il parle.

• Ayez une réaction non conventionnelle pour éventuellement dissuader l’agresseur, ou au moins, le perturber.

UN CHAMPION MAORI EXCEPTIONNEL

L'histoire "ma'ohi' du MMA, les arts martiaux mixtes, est en train de s'écrire. Samedi, Hiro Lemaire, le président de la fédération polynésienne de lutte, d'arts martiaux mixtes, de jiujitsu brésiliens et des disciplines associées, a décroché la première médaille d'or de la Polynésie française dans l'histoire de l'IMMAF, c'est à dire, la fédération internationale de MMA. Cette compétition fait partie des Océania qui se disputaient sur la Gold Coast, en Australie.

Dans la catégorie des super lourds, Hiro Lemaire a donc battu le Néo-zélandais Correy Barett, par KO, au bout d'une minute de combat. A noter aussi la belle médaille de bronze de Keoni Terorotua, dans la catégorie des batamweight, c'est-à-dire les poids COQS. Aremiti Tinirau et Michael Lisan participaient eux aussi à ces Océanias.

Une première dans l'histoire du MMA polynésien.

Hiro LEMAIRE - IDOLE POLYNESIENNE

Jeudi 17 décembre 2020 - Le ministre de la Culture, de l’environnement, en charge de la jeunesse, des sports et de l’artisanat, Heremoana Maamaatuaiahutapu, a reçu, mardi, la Fédération Polynésienne de Lutte, Arts Martiaux, Jiu Jitsu et Disciplines Associées (FPLAJD), représentée par son président, Hiro Lemaire, et son cadre technique fédéral, et la Fédération Internationale du MMA (IMMAF), représentée par son directeur, Henri Burns.

Dans un premier temps, les échanges ont porté sur l’organisation de la formation de coach niveau 1, menée sous l’égide de l’IMMAF par son directeur Bertrand Amoussou et Ahmed Korchi, unique arbitre de MMA francophone certifié par l’IMMAF. Pour cette première, deux sessions de formation ont permis de former 17 stagiaires à Huahine et 26 à Mahina. A l’avenir, des sessions de formations seront programmées annuellement.

Par la suite, une présentation des actions menées par la Fédération, depuis la récente légalisation de la pratique du MMA en Polynésie française, et de son projet de développement a été faite. Le partenariat entre les instances polynésiennes et internationales est un atout important pour la mise en place des moyens dans le but d’assurer un développement cadré et encadré de la discipline au niveau local.

UN CHAMPION MAORI EXCEPTIONNEL

Une délégation tahitienne a participé pour la première fois ce week-end en Australie aux Oceania de MMA. Hiro Lemaire, dans la catégorie des super-lourds, a notamment remporté l'or. Et Keoni Terorotua en poids coqs a décroché le bronze.

Des résultats historiques pour le MMA polynésien. Quatre combattants du fenua ont participé ce week-end en Australie aux Oceania Championship, organisés par l'IMMAF, la Fédération internationale de MMA. Keoni Terorotua, en poids coqs, a tout d'abord signé jeudi la première victoire polynésienne dans la compétition. Ce dernier a remporté son combat face au Néo-Zélandais Levi Hawkes par décision partagée. Terorotua a ensuite vu sa route stoppé en demi-finale, où il a été dominé par le Bahreïnien Abdulla Mubarak par décision unanime des juges. Le combattant tahitien a décroché néanmoins une belle médaille de bronze.

Hiro LEMAIRE - IDOLE POLYNESIENNE

Il a fallu attendre dimanche et la dernière journée de compétition pour voir la première médaille d'or polynésienne aux Oceania. Hiro Lemaire, qui est également président de la Fédération polynésienne de lutte, d'arts martiaux mixtes, jiu jitsu brésilien et disciplines associées (FPLAJDA), était engagé dans la catégorie des super-lourds.

Le combattant de Huahine, était opposé en finale au Néo-Zélandais Corey Barrett. Lemaire a plié le combat en à peine une minute, grâce à un crochet du gauche qui a mis son adversaire au sol. Il a ensuite enchaîné quelques coups au sol, avant que l'arbitre arrête le combat. Une victoire donc par TKO (K.O technique) pour Hiro Lemaire.

Moins de réussite en revanche pour les deux autres Tahitiens engagés dans ces Oceania. Aremiti Tinirau, chez les poids welters, s'est incliné d'entrée face à l'Australien Corey Reeves qui l'a emporté par décision unanime. Et Michael Lisan, en poids moyen, s'est également incliné lors de son premier combat par décision unanime contre un autre Australien Loni Doyle Filimoeha

Been created due to certain reason.

o missunderstanding of be protecting yourself in fight. In cases of training and intensive studies there is a protection required. Invented to keep the pain on a low level.

Starting with soft mits and ending in a variarity of equipment used nowdays. Here I will give some information of it's use and application.

Be patient there might be not all listed due to minimum space but possibly be mentioned in a different report.

As in traing of selfdefense we use certain polsters and safety devices.

To be invented of keeping the pain on a reasonable level and more or less to applicate the technique with the required power of feeling the flow through it.

Using a punch or kick without the feedback of how it feels and how to bring in a kind of aggression is far from reallity. Questioning the use of the training without confirmed success in the applications.

But what should be of importance in use and what is really needed?

Good question and a matter of what kind of defense you study. Stating some safety equipment and it's possible use. Here I will use the term of useful, medium useful and perhaps not to go in in detail.

Also the importance of weapon as a kind of personal protection (body wise) in training. Inbetween the pictures will show there correct placement and either second/third possibility of use.

Some may surprise you. If you feel pain it will be a indication of either correct technique or false use. Depending on wich side is the pain........attacker/defender.....!

tarting with the center between the legs, wich is for sure a vulnurable point of attack. Here we have different possibilities to use, but the better the choise the better the protection.

We decide here either the use for women and men, also to mention children.

They are of different build and size. Worn best underneath thesuit, can it be used over it as well. Comfort speaks here for itself. And to mention how it looks like. Compettion require different set up. (Pic of both) Especially in arts of variarity of kicking it is for sure a good pick being protected in this vunarable area.

The danger is severe and pain is guarateed.

U still feel some kind of irritation and pain, but choosen the correct size will help to keep it to a certain limit. (Picture) Never overestimate the protector. Hurt for sure......but will keep the injuries and severe irritation away.

PROTECTION - AND HOW IT'S USED TO BE Protection- and how it's used to be (Why we need it) (What it matters) (controvercial use/meanings) HEAD PROTECTION Good choise and for sure a great invest. Kicking and punching will lead in this area to severe impact and injury. Protection in even controlled fighting of selfdefense is required. Be honest it will not prevent all interfearance but soften some of them. (Picture) CHESTPROTECTION In training of kicking and punching as well weapon traing the use of this protection is recommended. This is a opportunity for the attacker to concentrate power and feel his impact of attack.....therefore the defender can imagine the result of false defending technique.

(Picture) HAND PROTECTION In some cases it will be of importance. But it is also a matter of control/techniqual abbilities. The use in weapondefense is also recommended.

Nevertheless it's for training purpose and will not dublicate in real selfdefense.

TEATH PROTECTOR For sure a good investment as thus is a vulnarable area and expensive to cover. Preventing the damage of a single broken teeth as well the whole gum area. ( Smile )picture of it's use.

Forearm protection. Useful for hitting and stabbing by kicking and weapon attack also useful for blocking punches. Will keep the impact of the technique at a equal level. Used to protect the vulnurable area of the lower forleg (shin). A lot have for sure realized without it all the pain is enormus. Keep the most damage away from hit several times. (Kicks are mostly at the same spot.) Picture HANDPROTECTOR Short gloves with inner polster or either a protector used for punches and / or holding a weapon. Soften the defense as well keep the pain in certain patterns. Hit by a stick or canne will be compensated to a exceptable level and give the imagination of what to expect n real meassures.

Due to the massive opportunities in using protectors in training it will be nessescary to continue with a second maybe third chapter in following magazines to cover the major aspects of it. It has been five years from now that I practice self pro krav and Real Operational System ROS with Master senseï Didier Ameer 3th Dan in SPK Instructor ROS and Chief Instructor of Krav Maga. I’m actually a blue belt in Self Pro Krav SPK. I really like SPK as it’s a method that uses easy, fast and effective techniques to defend yourself against an aggressor.

And it also uses techniques that goes with “Legitimate defence" that prevents me from being the accused instead of the victim whilst defending.

Because in my police career, I observed so many innocent whilst defending themselves, causing too much harm or even kill the aggressor and now they become the accused and hence been sentenced.

So learning SPK it’s a great way for me, if one day, it happens that I’m in a bad situation and have to defend myself, with that in mind that I may not become the accuse

My name is Salman SOOKHROO, 27yrs, Police officer posted at Crime Investigation Department and reckoned 7years of service in the Mauritius Police Force.

I love Martial Art and it is my life and I am actually a black belt in taekwondo. It has been three years from now that I practice the Real Operational system (ROS) with Master Senseï Didier Ameer 3th DAN in SPK and Chief Instructor of Krav Maga.

As a man of law, we need to be more careful whilst attending Request, conducting an Operation/ Intervention for the arrestation of accused party or suspects and whilst performing patrols. The ROS is helping me day by day in my career because I have learned all kind of techniques to defend myself, my colleagues and my family this make me realise that before joining the ROS, I was lack of techniques in my place of work by using more force and aggressive manners which could lead me in jail for example from “victim” to an “accused party”.

Today I am proud of myself due to the efforts and professionalism

I miss Tina Satyabhama Ramkalawon worked as woman prison officer in mauritius prison service and has joined in AJL in December 2019.

It is a great pleasure for me today to reveal my experience and progress at my work place throughout this academic by using these following defensive mechanism - ROS - Real operational system and SPK - Self Pro Krav.

ROS - Real operational system is a method not only used to control body movement of detainees during intervention in prison but also help us as prison officer to protect our job.

We do have best knowledge to learn how to tackle havoc situation and to keep detainee under safe custody.

Ros also assit us in maintaining the human right basic minimum rules in detaining of inmates. Hence minimum use of force and correct controlled body movement decreases the impact of harming as well as protect us as officers in uniforms.

The implementation of Ros has also changed the impulsive ways used in our domain and has upgrade our ways of dealing in prison management. We are being much respected and effective in performing our basic duties towards prison management.

On the other hand SPK - self pro krav is a self defense techniques and recommended behaviour under the threat of violence.

As dealing with anti social characters in prison is not easy to face violence hence a need of self defense pratice is important.

SPK is one of the best system used to defense oneself in the profession we dealt with. As a prison officer dealing with offenders always bring us in worsening situation. Thus spk not only give us defensive technique but also give us knowledge to protect our opponents as our job is to provide safety and security as well as rehabilitation of detainees.

Moreover we also have to protect the human rights values and pratice in perfect way to manage risk,make quick decision and deal effectively with unexpected situation and work as part of a team.

SPK also improve our physical stamina to prevent bad health issues and increases our credibility towards our service n society.
