New Poll of 634 Likely Democratic Primary Voters Shows Anders Leading TN-4 Primary among likely Democratic primary voters surveyed 53% – 30% – 2% – (Undecided 15%)

84% are More Likely to Support Candidate Who Stands Up to Police on 1st Amendment Issues 14% no change and 2% less likely.

Jacob Anders leads the Democratic primary 53% to Victoria Broderick’s 30%, Patrick Larson’s 2% and Undecided at 15%.

84% of voters say they are more likely to support Anders after learning about his ongoing federal lawsuit against Tullahoma police and Coffee County for false arrest and Constitutional Amendment violations

Poll conducted entirely via live phone calls among actual likely Democratic primary voters in Tennessee’s 4th Congressional District

Note this is an early poll (campaign recently qualified March 2026) and turnout models can evolve

2. Methodology

The survey was conducted from February 24th through March 3rd 2026 by in-house live-caller survey using live telephone interviews (cell and landline). Zero robo-calls.

Sample size: 634 completed interviews with likely Democratic primary voters

Universe: Registered Democrats and voters who participated in recent Democratic primaries in TN-4 counties (Coffee, Rutherford, Bedford, Franklin, etc )

Source of sample: Public voter file obtained directly from county election commissions

Screening question: “Are you planning to vote in the August 6, 2026 Democratic primary for U S House in Tennessee’s 4th District?”

Margin of error: ±3 6 percentage points at the 95% confidence level (calculated at maximum variability)

Data were weighted by age and county to match the Democratic primary electorate

Completion rate: 86%

Head-to-head: “If the Democratic primary for Congress in Tennessee’s 4th District were held today and the candidates were Jacob Anders, Victoria Broderick, and Patrick Larson, who would you vote for?”

Follow-up on lawsuit: “Jacob Anders is currently suing the Tullahoma police and Coffee County. The lawsuit stems from a false arrest incident where Tullahoma police allegedly violated Mr Anders' Constitutional rights Does this make you more likely, less likely, or no difference in your support for him?” (84% “more likely”, 14% “no change”, 2% “less likely”.)
