Through offering public use facilities and large venue spaces, the cultural arts center transcends private business in the area, favoring growth and developmental opportunities. The structures design combines the historically vernacular brick with a modern yet simple architecture, elaborating on contemporary design.

Crafted with passive warming in the winter and cooling in the summer, the buildings design ties modern practice with classic design. As a whole, the spaces vocational resources offer diverse opportunities for the betterment of their community.
