MEET YOUR ADVISOR: BEN MCLEOD

Ben, a graduate of Vanderbilt University, has multiple-years’ experience in real estate and banking. During his 4+ years in the leveraged finance space, Ben underwrote over $500M in debt capital, gaining extensive experience in real estate analytics in the process.

As the son of an architect, Ben is highly creative by nature, and he developed a love for the design-side of the real estate industry from a young age. It is this background that originally drove him to leave the banking industry and join the 30A Realty team.

Ben’s rare combination of creative and technical abilities provides clients with a skillset unlike many other agents in the market today. Behind owner and Broker, Jacob, Ben is a top producer in the office exceeding $10M in personal sales for 2019.

Ben lives with his wife Owens in Inlet Beach. He and his wife enjoy taking long walks along the beautiful 30A area, relaxing on the beach and playing tennis at the Rosemary Beach Racquet Club. They also enjoy cooking together as well as carving out regular date nights at some of their favorite local restaurants.
