Testing AIRFLOW TESTING

Upon completion, state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment is employed to test the home’s energy efficiency. A blower door test determines tightness while the heating and air conditioning system undergoes an airflow test. Using wireless sensors placed throughout the house, the airflow test measures airflow in each room while the heating and cooling system is operating and sends the information to a computer.

Testing DUCT BLASTER TEST

Duct blaster tests help prevent leaky ducts — a major contributor to poor air quality in a house. The airflow test confirms that each room receives enough airflow to ensure comfort – even in rooms that frequently have heating and cooling problems, such as bonus rooms and sunrooms. State-of-the-art software then analyzes the overall performance of the system.
