President’s Message Greetings and Welcome to the 2018 Crossroad Propane Expo and Conference in beautiful, fun filled Fort Worth, Texas. Planning committee members and staff have worked extremely hard to provide this 2018 TPGA event.

This Texas Propane Gas Expo & Conference has been created to provide the best and most beneficial opportunities for marketers, vendors and sponsors to receive regulatory information, rule changes, new products and services, and to provide invaluable time to network with fellow industry representatives.

Wayne Christian was elected as our 50th Texas Railroad Commissioner in November 2016. Prior to serving as Commissioner at the Railroad Commission, he served as legislator in the Texas House of Representatives. During his time in the Texas House, Christian served as a multi-term member of the House Energy Resource Committee where he helped the propane industry with several issues.

Commissioner Christian is an award-winning conservative receiving such accolades as Taxpayer Champion - Texans For Fiscal Responsibility; Fighter for Free Enterprise - Texas Association of Business; Lifetime Achievement Award - Young Conservatives of Texas and Defender of The American Dream - Americans For Prosperity.
