Propane Farm Incentives
The Propane Education & Research Council (PERC) has a National Propane Farm Incentive Program. This program is a nationwide research and demonstration initiative offering farmers up to $5,000 in incentives for purchase of new propane farm equipment in exchange for sharing feedback and real-world performance data.
Incentives are available on:

Propane Construction Incentive
Through its Propane Construction Incentive Program, the Propane Education & Research Council (PERC) will pay builders and remodelers up $1,500 per home for installing new propane appliances. Warning! Funds are running low.

State Rebates
Texas with Propane Appliance Rebate
For 2022, the Propane Council of Texas (ProCOT) in offering a $300 propane appliance rebate per new propane water heater, boiler or furnace to endusers who have installed on or after January 1, 2022, while funds last. There is a $600 cap per address. Rebate applications must be submitted by propane providers.

State Vehicle & Off-Road Grants
TCEQ TERP Texas Clean Fleet Program (TCFP) OPEN Deadline September 16, 2022
TCFP provides incentives to owners of large fleets in Texas to replace diesel-powered vehicles with alternative fuel vehicles like propane. An entity must have a fleet of 75 or more vehicles that are registered in Texas and be replacing a minimum of 10 vehicles for replacement in an application. Historically, propane fleets like school districts have been awarded this competitive grant.
Eligible fleets must operate 25% of the time in the Clean Transportation Zone, a group of 84 counties with bad or borderline air quality.

TCEQ Statewide Light-Duty Motor Vehicle Purchase Program OPEN Deadline January 7, 2023
This $5,000 incentive per vehicle is for any individual or fleet no matter where they are in Texas that coverts their light duty truck or vehicle to propane within the first 500 miles of purchase of the vehicle. This is one of the only grants that allows for bifuel. Purchase and conversion must take place in Texas.

The Texas Seaport & Rail Yard Areas Emissions Reduction (SPRY) Program provides incentives for the replacement of older drayage and cargo handling equipment operating at seaports, facilities, and Class I rail yards in areas of
Texas designated as nonattainment areas under the Federal Clean Air Act.
