Alison Scott-Williams is currently the President of Studio in a School NYC (Studio NYC); an organization that annually serves over 30,000 New York Department of Education students by providing visual arts instruction to schools in underresourced neighborhoods Studio NYC supports teaching and learning through professional development for artists and art teachers Ms Scott-Williams joined Studio NYC from the New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC), where she was the Vice President for Arts Education since 2015. At NJPAC, Scott-Williams provided strategy, administration, and program leadership in arts education. Earlier, she was Associate Vice President for Diversity and Campus Life at The Juilliard School in New York City, where she served in a variety of administrative positions for more than 14 years. Ms. Scott-Williams holds advanced degrees in voice performance and opera theatre from the Manhattan School of Music and Oberlin Conservatory, as well as a Master of Science in Higher Education Administration from Baruch College Ms Scott-Williams has two sons and is a 15-Year Lifetime Member of Jack and Jill of America, Inc During her tenure, she held multiple leadership positions including Vice President and President of the North Jersey Chapter, NJ.
