The Circadian Rhythm enhances cohesive connections of physical, social and ecological systems.

The Circadian Rhythm explores spaces to enhance resiliency by empowering the individual users, the community, the city, and the region. It also emphasizes the effort in providing a public setting for a learning experience. Enhancing the connectivity of the city’s multi-modal transportation opportunities, equitable access to clean environment, increase biodiversity, open space and tree canopy, safe space for the community, and environmental sustainability.
