Why is it important to empower employees? It is important to empower employees as the workplace is changing, and so are the employee expectations. Enterprises are becoming more diverse with workforce spread across the globe and distributed teams. So enterprises wish to transform to a new and modern workplace with more connected employees. There are more than 100 million commercial users of Office 365 and as high as 500 million Windows 10 users, which gives Microsoft a unique position to help Enterprises to empower their employees. With that thought Microsoft 365 Enterprise and Microsoft 365 Business was introduced. Since August 2017, there are two plans from Microsoft available, which are Microsoft 365 E3 and Microsoft 365 E5.
