St. Patrick’s Day PartySaturday, March 14, 2014

This year’s St. Patrick’s Day Party will be held on Friday – March 14th commencing at 7:00pm. The event will be held in Beaven Hall (the lower level of the Ackerman Center at the corner of Bell Avenue & Irving Park Road). Admission is $15.00, but alumni who attend the Alumni Association Meeting on Monday – March 3rd will receive $5.00 off the admission price. Fish Fry- Friday, April 11, 2014

The Alumni Office, in partnership with the Knights of Columbus, will be cohosting a Lenten Fish Fry on Friday – April 11, 2014. Dinner seating will be at 5:00pm and after Stations of the Cross at 7:45pm. Save the Date - May 4, 2014

The Carol Molenda Spring Art Show & Auction Please join us from 2-5 p.m. in the HS Gymnasium 3941 N. Bell Ave. for complimentary wine and hor’s d’oeurves.

You’re invited to the Carol Molenda Spring Art Show/Auction and Alumni Hall of Fame Induction.

To support the Endowment Fund in memory of Ms. Molenda, St. Benedict Preparatory School is hosting a combined art show and auction of her works which span a 30 year career of dedicated service to our school. A wide array of student artworks including watercolors, ceramics, sketches, calligraphy, and photography will be displayed as well.

At the Art Show and Auction, the Alumni Association will be hosting the Alumni Hall of Fame Induction. We have received four nominations so far.

Have someone in mind that meet the following criteria?

Qualifications for the Hall of Fame: The Hall of Fame honors alumni and friends of St. Benedict whose lives exemplify to an extraordinary degree the values and standards that St. Benedict Prep High School represents.

- The individual is a distinguished alum who graduated five or more years ago, or a friend of St. Benedict Preparatory School who has demonstrated a strong relationship with the school for at least five years.

- The individual has made outstanding personal contributions in his or her profession, community, or volunteer activities.

- The individual has a personal lifestyle that reflects the mission of St Benedict Preparatory High School. He or she must exemplify the highest ethical, moral, and spiritual qualities.

A number of Ms. Molenda’s pieces will be made available to the top bidder in this silent auction to raise money to continue to assist gifted art students who wish to attend St. Benedict Preparatory High School.
