FOUNDER STORY
We are the first physician-founded scrubwear company, led by a trailblazing pediatrician who knows exactly what it takes to get the job done. It all started when our co-founder, Dr. Neela Sethi, began her career in pediatrics by being handed scrubs straight from a vending machine. Ill-fitting, scratchy, flimsy—they did nothing for her comfort or confidence. So she decided to start her own line of scrubs that would fit and feel as good as they function.
We now leverage authentic experience and firsthand knowledge to design purpose-driven, cutting-edge scrubs, outerwear, and accessories that revolutionize what’s possible for the healthcare professional. We have positioned our brand and products as frontrunners in the industry, elevating the consumers’ expectations for how great their scrubs can be.

PRODUCT DESIGN
Design philosophy
Body-led.
We use body metrics and physiological data to design foundational body blocks for our product line, ensuring consistent fit. We study the body in motion and test the six core movements of squatting, bending, rotating, pushing, pulling, and reaching to ensure full range of motion in our garments.
We take a meticulous approach to every aspect of our products, from internal seam treatments to external branding. Our garments are designed to be layered, ensuring full range of motion and eliminating bulk at critical points of rotation.
We push boundaries and create unexpected designs, fabrications, and styling that elevate our garments. Our purposeful and unapologetic designs have an elevated color sensibility and dress. We build our icons through all-access product storytelling.

The Science of Color
