Monumental Stair Location: East Wing Space Allocation: 1,000 SqFt Space Summary The Monumental Stair is located right after the reception desk and provides a transistion from the third floor to the mezzanine level. The staircase provides seating space along the right side for a quick phone call, meeting area, or a place to eat a snack. By creating a staircase with multiple purposes evolves the traditional staircase to new heights. Design Highlights • Pod built into the staircase • • Seating along the right side • ADA Lift is right near staircase to promote inclusion and not seperate the two programs
