It’s hard to say which colors will be most trendy this fall because melanin looks good in every season.

And let’s face it, Miss Rona can’t stop you from serving all the looks at your upcoming virtual events. Bring in the fall months with three of the most darling colors from the runway.

Here’s a rundown of which colors you should lean toward.

Reds

The eyes are naturally drawn to the color red. It represents energy, fire, strength, and love.

No blending in this year, sis.

Subtle is boring! Disrupt the dullness of your closet with more red pieces.

Olive

Bringing Clarity To Your Relationships IN THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC

OVID-19 and the global pandemic have drastically changed how we connect with others at work, in our communities, and even in our homes. We’re all in one big long distance relationship, geographically and emotionally. As we try to safely remain indoors reducing human contact to stop the spread of the virus, our personal relationships may suffer in silence. Losing contact with people you care about happens more often than we’d like to admit. Life is heavy right now. Everyone is adjusting to the new normal and unfortunately, there are more obstacles than opportunities in nurturing relationships. In order to preserve the bonds you’ve built over the years, you have to work at it a little harder now than you did before.

The first step requires you to get clear on prioritizing your own mental health. Clarity starts and

ends with you. It’s impossible to pour from an empty well. Take inventory of how you manage idle time and monitor what you consume, physically and mentally. Are you equipped to be there for your friends right now?

Be honest with them about your headspace.

When you’re feeling overwhelmed and frustrated, you don’t have to respond immediately to every text message, email, or DM. The Do Not Disturb function is on your phone for a reason. Don’t avoid, rather respond when you have a clear head. Take your time and be gentle with yourself. Healing takes time and sometimes it’s a solo mission.

Your close friends and family will understand your need for space because they’re likely working through their own personal crises. Anyone who doesn’t understand is selfish and was probably never a friend in the first place. Reassess how much energy you spend on those who only call you to dump off their problems or constantly need you on demand yet never reciprocate the favors. The pandemic will reveal who gets to stay in your life and who needs to exit immediately. Choose wisely.

When you’re feeling refreshed and ready to catch up, get creative in reaching back out to your friends.

Write letters and send care packages Don’t knock the ancient art of writing a letter. Let your friends and family know you’re thinking about them by sending them a heartfelt, handwritten note. Pair it with a care package filled with their favorite items and thoughtful gifts.

Walk it Out Invite your friends to go on nature walks.

You can spend quality time outside to catch up and absorb all the goodness that nature has to offer. The best part? It’s free and allows you enough space to social distance from others. Meetup in a local park, on a nature trail, or even in your neighborhood.

This doubles as a catchup session as a friend and an all-around cleansing from being indoors for long periods of time.

Can I change my size preference for future boxes?

Yes, you can do so inside your Brown Sugar Box account on izzyandliv. com, or you can email us at support@izzyandliv.com to update your preferences for you.

When will I be billed for next month’s box?

You will be rebilled on the 1st of the month for the next box. So you will be billed for the October box on the 1st of October; for the November box on the 1st of October and so on...

You will not be billed for the next box until after the box from the current month has been shipped/delivered.

What is your cancellation policy?

Your subscription can be cancelled at any time in your Brown Sugar Box Account Settings at izzyandliv.com. If you’ve already been billed for the next box (1st of the month), your cancellation will take affect the next billing cycle.

To cancel your subscription, login to your account and click on the Subscription tab, then click “edit” next to your subscription. You can also email us to request that we cancel for you.

Can I exchange or return items in my box?

We cannot accept returns at this time for Brown Sugar Box items, but we welcome your feedback to improve.

Email us at support@ izzyandliv.com to share your thoughts. We value your feedback and our mission is to make every Brown Sugar Box more than worth your while! Your feedback will help us to make sure we make this box amazing and valuable as it can be.

As far as the item(s), you can always gift them to a friend, coworker, or family member- these items make GREAT gifts!

Can I skip a month without cancelling?

Yes, you can skip a future month delivery and not be billed for it, without having to cancel your entire subscription. Once logged into your Brown Sugar Box account at izzyandliv. com, you will need to open the “Delivery Schedule” tab. There you will see all upcoming deliveries for your subscription. To skip a delivery you just need to click “Skip” to the right of each relevant delivery.

This will only skip that one delivery. To skip multiple deliveries you will need to click “Skip” next to each relevant one. Alternatively, you can email to have us skip deliveries for you.

How can I share photos or unboxing videos with you?

Yes! We live for customer feedback & reviews! Just post your pics or video on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube etc. and hashtag #brownsugarbox, #izzyandliv and @izzyandliv. You can also leave a photo review on the Brown Sugar Subscription page! If you make a blog post email us with the link. If your social media is private we will not be able to see your post, so feel free to email us to let us know where to check it out!

Something went wrong with my order/ delivery what should I do?

Should you have an issue with your box items (damage, received wrong size, etc) you must notify us at support@izzyandliv. com, with photo(s), within 7 days of receipt of your package. After 7 days, we will not be able to process requests related to this month’s box. If your box was returned due to consumer error, please reach out to customer service for reshipment at an additional cost.
